Merchants say this app clearly boosts customer trust and confidence by signaling their store is legitimate and safe, which feels crucial amid online fraud. Badges on product, cart, checkout, and home pages provide peace of mind and can improve conversion and sales. Setup is quick with no coding, the free version is valued for small stores, and support is praised for fast help with installation and badge placement.

Excellent little app on the free version. Adds some trust to the bottom right of my screen. Not intrusive or obstructing other areas. I’m very pleased with it so far
We use TrustedSite at Herben Influence because the safety and the trust of our customers is our top priority and TrustedSite provides that security above all others!
Amazing app, a great way to get a trust badge from a really trusted company, I love it that they have a good free option, once I have more sales I will upgrade to the paid version.
I like that TrustedSite makes customers feel secure purchasing from my store. I had problems installing everything and had said so in a meeting with a sales rep from the company. After I told her I was having problems getting it installed on all pages, she told me there was a person in the company named Jay that would finish installing the program for me. He was very efficient and did a great job. I wish I knew about Jay sooner!
I really like the app, it was very easy to add to my shop. I am using the floating badge and it is always visible irrespective of where you are on the screen. Thanks
Only works for a little part of the month, unless you upgrade. I deleted the app and found it was still showing on my site. To be honest, I didn’t like the look of it on my site, i though it looked very out of place and unprofessional
Yeah - this is the first Shopify app I have felt "deceived" by. You are expected to put in all the code yourself and there is not much direction of how to do so. Also, this is severely overpriced for what you get. Don't bother with installing it..it's a bait and switch app. Nothing is actually free
Très bon application pour donner la confiance aux acheteurs, je suis sur la version gratuite déjà fait son effet je vais prendre la version pro plus tard, merci pour ce travail.
