Very effective and amazing customer service. Recently, we've been having bots trying to check out cheap items to test stolen cards. There was a minor issue with the app, but the team quickly fixed it, and so far, no bots have managed to check out at all. Highly recommended.

This app stopped the small fraudulent orders being used to test stolen credit cards on our website BEFORE it goes through checkout. Shopify settings and the other fraud apps couldn't seem to stop it until post checkout.

I set it up with some basic block settings initially and was able to block fraudulent orders, then they started coming in again and I reached out to support over chat. They helped setup some new features and I have stopped getting fraudulent orders. So far, so good!

In the past I had a lot of issues with my artwork being stolen and sold on Temu, SHEIN, etc. Having the ability to protect my art and deter theft has been awesome. I love how I’m able to block certain countries as from accessing my shop as well, as some are more notorious for being high risk when it comes to theft. Our merchant account provider kept turning off our ability to receive payments due to excessive fraud threats, even though our gateway provider blocked every fraudulent charge attempted.
