MIDA Fraud Filter, Bot Blocker

My store was experiencing what appeared to be a card-testing attack, with repeated small purchases using changing names, emails and payment cards. MIDA support helped me get the protection configured, and within just a few hours it blocked the first fake order attempt. Their support has been very responsive and helpful throughout the setup. So far, I’m very impressed!

It’s a relief getting MIDA fraud filter. Before getting MIDA , we were concerned with hundreds of bots coming in from Singapore. It was a pleasure dealing with Sophie, willing to explain in detail and helped setting up our filters, which we were in a hurry to do , before even more bots came at us, so now we can pay attention to our marketing now, instead of concentrating on bots and their nefarious activities. The MIDA app helped me block the specific bot that was creating fake checkouts, and I can block a lot of other bad bot traffic. Works great so far! Pretty easy to use.

I am a small business that over the last few days have been plagued with suspicious sessions on my Shopify store - MIDA has been great and has blocked the unwanted visitors. Unfortunately they are still being logged by Shopify as sessions in my analytics but MIDA has done the main thing and stopped these visitors being able to trawl my website - their customer service is also amazing, thank you Lillian for your help :)

Easy to set up and very useful for protecting a Shopify store from bots and suspicious traffic. I especially like the flexible checkout rules, which let us block specific email addresses, names and phone numbers without affecting genuine customers. Clear interface and practical protection features.
