PH MultiCarrier Shipping Label

The only solution to be using for shipping labels and rates.

For context, I previously had a eCommerce store running on WooCommerce that I was migrating to Shopify, however, I was unsure how to setup shipping with weight & dimensions for DHL Express as I knew if I calculated my shipping costs purely based on weight I would likely make a loss on a significant number of orders.

However, after doing some research I came across the PH MultiCarrier Shipping Label app which has been a lifesaver as I am now able to add the weight/dimensions for my products. The UI and settings were very similar to the plugin on WooCommerce that I was using which made setup easy and straightforward. Furthermore, the onboarding/setup team and the support technicians are very helpful and quick to respond.

Always quick and thorough customer support with an unbeatable value for the money. The app does exactly what it says it will and even has all of the carrier services that we use in Scandinavia. Postnord, DHL, etc. Labels are generated automatically based off of customer order details and is very easy to set up with the help of customer service agents.
It can be a bit overwhelming at first if you try to set it up by yourself, but booking an appointment is really easy and fast so it is not a problem.

We’ve been using this app with UPS Ground Saver and it’s helped us save a lot on shipping costs without compromising on reliability. It automatically picks the cheapest shipping option and keeps customers updated with live tracking, all in one place.

Incredibly happy with this app. This has really made the shipping process seamless for us. We use a two carrier service and love having everything under one dashboard. Does what we want calculates live rates with TNT Australia/Fedex. Uptime has been solid and Support has been pretty good. Would recommend it for smaller business over the premium alternatives.

My only issue is it doesnt support Global Express in Australia. Which locks us into TNT Australia based on the size of item we ship. So we are looking for alternatives.

I've been using other apps such as AMP/Australia Post by Addition, for 3+ years and was wanting to find another app due to significant price increases in the other app I was using.

The prices offered in this app are very fair (I think I am on the $19USD tier) and the bulk label processing is a very good feature.

The walk-through with Keerthi has been very productive and smooth, the app is very configurable too.

I am new to Shopify and PH Multi Carrier so the integration of the two was a TOTAL mystery to me. The on line help I received to show me through the process was exceptional. I picked the time of the Zoom meeting and Manohar was polite and very knowledgeable. He was very patience with my ignorance and happy to repeat steps for me and do anything required to ensure my understanding of the integration. I look forward to a successful ongoing relationship with PH Multicarrier.

Terrible, I have had so many issues with the shipping profile saying that it is the incorrect address, they have to go in a fix it every time, no notification about to fault to email so I have had my shipping down for hours and 100s of abandoned carts because the shipping profiles won't work consistently, I am moving to another app. I have lost money because of this app.
