Great app! Easy to learn. Clean interface. Very intuitive in my opinion. I would recommend if you have basic graphic software skills in order to separate the artwork of your product into the pieces you want to customize. There is a learning curve but in the end I think it is very worth it for the end result.

It took me a long-time before finding the perfect customizer app, and I am really happy to say that I finally did ! MyCustomizer is literally the best app in the market. I compared every product customizer out there and Kickflip was the best option for design, features, price and dashboard UI. This app is powerful and affordable. We can now offer custom goods to the masses as this app allows for our customers to create the product they want and pay for the order without asking for a mock-up. There is a learning process but its definitely worth the effort. we are looking forward to expanding our offering in the near future.

This app has saved me hours and hours of dealing with indecisive customers that aren't sure what they want their custom product to look like. Now they can design it themselves and I don't need to get involved. The setup process has a bit of a learning curve, but if you know Photoshop (or someone who does) you can make a pretty amazing user experience with this app that saves time and makes money.

Man, I have no words how I wished for an app like this. For half a year I was searching for a customizer app (even for other plattforms than Shopify). I tried all the standards. Not one satisfied me. Best Product Customizers UI is so elegant. You don't have to study the manual for hours. You can start right after installation. This will soon become the No. 1 app for customization, there is no doubt. You have a new customer! Keep on the good work!

I want to love this app but it's missing so much functionality that I can't use it. Since it replaces the product page, there's no place for a description, I can't customize the template to include important info or complementary products. There is nowhere to display reviews on the product page, etc. If this could be embedded in the product page or a pop up that opens when the customer clicks a "customize this" button it would be pretty brilliant.

By far the most amazing customizer app you'll find on the Shopify app store. So easy to set up and the functionalities including logic rules and layers give you the freedom to create a customizer even for a complex product. The team is so easy to get in touch with and very responsive and eager to help out. Haven't faced any significant problem with the app aside from a few lags here and there given the complexity of our product. But amazing experience overall! What a great addition for our business to have access to this app. Once we worked out how to setup the files and process through the workflow it's been fantastic to begin to offer our customers the ability to customise their orders.
