I've been using Ninja POD for nearly 7 months and I am very happy with their service and the quality of products they provide. They have many name brand clothing items to choose from which my customers love! I have consistent orders coming through Ninja and they always process them quickly. I've only had a couple issues and those have been taken care of without question with reprint requests. Their support staff is also easily accessible if I have a question or if a customer needs a quick address change, for example. I also use them for DTFs, patches, and stickers!

NinjaPOD has made it much easier to add custom products to our Shopify store without having to worry about inventory or fulfillment. The setup is straightforward, and the Product Studio is simple to use when creating designs and mockups. I also like the variety of apparel, bags, hats, and other products available, which gives us plenty of options to test new designs. The order and fulfillment process is convenient since NinjaPOD handles the printing, packing, and shipping directly to customers. Overall, it’s a solid print-on-demand solution for Shopify merchants who want to expand their product catalog without adding a lot of operational complexity.

I’ve been using Ninja for a few months and so far I love it! The shipping is fast, the quality of the shirts and prints are top tier, pricing could be a little more affordable but overall hands down an amazing app. Wouldn’t go with any other POD app.

I was happy to see this integrated into Shopify. After not being satisfied with other POD suppliers I was very exited to give them a try. So far so good.. great prices, no subscription, great selection of products. I have ordered several things and so Fmfracing everything g has turned out great.The design editor is easy to work with and can easily change colors of the uploaded designs. They are constantly making upgrades and fixing small things and customer service is good. Shipping time is quick also. Glad they started this POD division.

I have used this company outside of Shopify and was amazed at the quality of their product. I was real happy to see they had a Shopify store app. I just wish I could tie both accounts into one. But I ordered a practice shirt through the Shopify store, received my order and was equally amazed with their work, for an individual shirt order. Since I have not run into any issues, I have not had to deal with Customer Service, so I can not speak on that. If things continue, I will not have to deal with that aspect. Colors are rich and design comes out as I had it laid out. I recommend doing clean quality designs and not blurry. in any aspect. But I recommend this company highly. I really believe you will be really happy, with this company.
