Starting a new journey vending on ninjapod can be scary, but the help from Geraldine; who answered all my questions a considered my apprehension and fears made going on the Ninjapod venture a sure thing!
I have just started a website on Shopify, with Ninja Print on Demand being the company chosen for our printing needs. I have had to contact representatives from Ninja Print on Demand and Shopify, and I will happily say, that all of them have been absolutely OUTSTANDING. The patience and professionalism is beyond excellent. They took the time to reply thoroughly to all of my questions, and I definitely had a lot of them. Thank you very much for the representatives, who helped me to stop being frustrated with attempting to figure things out on my own. ALL OF MY QUESTIONS HAVE BEEN ANSWERED, and I have been able to move forward with my order and establishing my payment method. Again, thank you, and I sincerely look forward to doing business with you . OUTSTANDING/EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Love this POD service. Great customer support. I had an issue with an order (my doing) and Josh was awesome assisting me with my concerns. Extremely polite and had my issue resolved fast.

Absolutley the worst POD. Have to constantly reach out to ship stuff weeks later. what they promise and what that actually do is not even close.
I'm sorry you are experiencing issues with our app. Looking into your orders, you need to request fulfillment for us to receive the orders to fulfill. Please enable automatic fulfillment for your orders or request fulfillment manually to get the orders into our system.
We love the app. We’re able to design, edit, and publish our merchandise right from the Ninja POD app. We love it!
i cant get it to work all it does is connection reset

I am brand new to this, and something very important but very basic I hadn't learned yet. However - Justyne explained it to me and provided me with an introductory guide, for which I am grateful.
