Oana and Theodor were incredibly knowledgable and helpful. The customer service of this app is invaluable and a great selling point of this app. The product itself has a wealth of information, however you need to take the time to analyse the info given and apply to your business.

The data insights from using this app are phenomenal. Customer service is top-notch and their team's desire to see you succeed is so refreshing. Highly recommend it if you wish to learn more about your customers' journey and how to turn those who are going to 'dump' you into 'soulmates.'

Loved this App, the kind of insights that you can derive through RFM, Cohort Analysis are amazing. We used to do it on an excel sheet and used to take us easily a day every month to do a similar analysis. Must install if you want to really see customer stickiness, analyse your customer behaviour and LTV.

We are using this app to better our messaging to our customers and increase CLV. So far, Teodor has been very helpful in addressing our questions and guiding our set up. The RFM segmentation seems incredibly powerful and we are excited to put it to the test! It has connections with Klaviyo, Facebook, SMS bump, and Gorgias.

We looked into this for help with customer segmentation for our email list, however this app offers so much more! It will help with data analytics, LTV, cohort visualization, and much more. This app is really exciting! The ability to segment your customers based on lifetime purchasing history and behavior is really useful. Additionally you not only have top level segments (ex. brand lover or Ex-lover) but you also have sub-segments that you can change and prioritize. This apps data is helping us segment and target via Klaviyo emails to re-engage purchases. Try it out!

This analytics platform is marketers' heaven. Quick and straightforward to understand, it offers actionable buyers insights any store can address right away.
Every graph includes info buttons making it easier to understand the metrics. The bonus is that some of these graphs also offer tips on the actions you should be taking. Special kudos to the team behind it, very responsive and helpful.

I just installed Reveal, and have already done an on-boarding meeting with the team. They were very friendly, and spent extra time with me getting me comfortable with their app and how to use it to grow my sales and profit. If you are looking to get essential information about your customers experience and use this to then segment your customers into marketing email groups to upsell then this is the app for you. From the setup to ongoing support this company has been great and the data is so useful to both improving service to increasing retention revenue.
