They helped us to disconnect and reconnect Omnisend from BigCommerce to Shopify.
Omnisend has been absolutely amazing! They have a very intuitive interface, but Omnisend have 24/7 chat help assistance. When I had a couple of questions, Diego helped me right away. Nice to know there are folks who care and are there to help. I would definitely recommend. Thanks!!!
I had an issue that required customer support, and even though I was upset they were patient, friendly, and helpful. They were very fast with responses too, with multiple people jumping in to help me out so the issue could get resolved quickly. Would definitely recommend them!
