ONE: AI, Pop Up, SMS Marketing

I recently had the pleasure of working with Lou from One and I have to say, she was an amazing assistant. Not only was she knowledgeable and efficient, but she also provided top-notch customer service. She went above and beyond to help me with my needs and made the experience a breeze.

I use this app to run my email campaigns. As a new business, I needed something that would scale with me, while providing a great value. Proof Factor does this in spades. Not only is the app loaded with functionality, but the online support team is amazing. I have worked with both Alice and Pauline and each time I walk away amazed. Not only do they fix the issue I am having, but they also did a review of the rest of my settings for optimal usage. I recommend this to anyone just getting started on Shopify to manage their email campaigns!

I was looking for a pop up solution and Rosy from ONE went above and beyond to help customize exactly what I wanted! She took the time to make it right and I have confidence what we created will help my store convert more visitors into sales. The app is easy to use, very user-friendly. Anyone can use this app to painlessly and quickly create any of the marketing tools. I'm using for a pop up and a trigger teaser and I really like how they look and function. Excellent support and upgrades!

Our Store has been using this app since October last year! Everything works as expected and support (Ann) is very responsive. When I don't know how to set up something, she will give clear instructions and even help me set it up. They replied to every suggestion I gave and follow up in a reasonable time period. In a few months, they've added at least 3 new useful features that I know of. Most importantly, this app is good for conversion. It has generated thousands of orders for my store already. I highly recommend this app.

Trish was Absolutely Specatular!!! She answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly then she went the extra mile and looked into my setup just to make sure everything was working properly and setup to produce the best possible outcome! Unfortunately I did make a few mistakes along the way (that I wasn't aware of) and she provided suggestions to improve Everything!! Then after I agreed to the changes she went ahead and did All of the work for me!! I have NEVER received such Specatular service like this from any company, EVER!!! If you're reading .... We replaced a version of a spin the wheel pop up with the Proof Factor Fortune Wheel. I love the customisation varieties and can really make an impact when it pops up for our customers. I contacted the help team as we had visibility issues with the wheel showing up on small mobile devices and Pauline helped me out with editing the code for us so that the wheel appears higher up on the screen so it is visible. She also suggested a different pop up, other than the wheel, that would be even more suited to viewing on mobile which we hope to try too. Great support and a great visual pop up!

I installed the app hoping it would do well, and it does way more than that! I'm very happy I installed the app. In fact setting up my first campaign I made a big mistake, and I contacted Customer Service for help. Right away Rosy came to the rescue. Literally! She solved my problem in a breeze, she made the fix very simple and quick. In no time the app was configured perfectly well, she helped me undo my mistakes and corrected what I did wrong. She even helped me to test it live, and it all worked perfectly as intended. I am very happy I installed One. Rosy deserves 10 stars! I highly recommend the app to everyone!

I use this app's discount pop-up functionality to provide customers with a first order discount in exchange for signing up for our email newsletter. It works great and allows a lot of setup flexibility. I haven't tried the other functions in the app yet. We recently needed to set up the same pop up we were already using, but with different trigger rules for different pages on our website. I was able to get it done easily by cloning the campaign and changing the triggers. I reached out to support before activating the new campaign and Rosy was able to get it set up easily on my free plan. The app has been great, and customer service has been even better! Highly recommended.

I haven't used this for very long, just getting it set up actually but the customer service is incredible! I'm not familiar at all with this kind of thing but it was really user friendly and when I got a little stuck, because I'm just not good at tech at all, I used the live chat and the representative that helped me was AMAZING! they jumped right in there and worked me through exactly what I needed to do, fixed problems I had made that I didn't even know about and got everything set up for me just like I needed. They even made suggestions on how I could get even more out of the app. And I'm just using the free option. Definitely recommend and can't wait to see the benefits!

I am not good at using email apps. I went on to the chat version of the help on ONE+, and someone answered me immediately. Other apps there is a bit of a wait. I got Sofia on the chat and she couldn't have been more helpful. She was able to have patience with my ineptness, and was able to answer all my questions in a way that I could completely understand. She solved my issues quickly and stayed with me to make sure I was able to see the problem was solved, explained in detail how it was done, and even added a few more features I didn't know I could do. She made it look simple. She was amazing, and made it a education as well as pleasurable experience. I'm happy I chose this app.
