ONE: AI, Pop Up, SMS Marketing

All I can say is WOW! This app is superb! Has everything you need to capture emails, sms etc. Honestly I haven't even looked at all of the features (because there so many) but so far its amazing and more than I could ask for. The support team is second to none, best service EVER! Big shout out to Kate! She understood my enquiry and helped me every single step of the way! So patient, kind and communication was lightning speed! She even recommended me so many ways to improve site navigation using their tools and I really couldn't thank her enough. She also coded a few bits to suit my website. Don't second guess if you want to use this app! There wont be anything better I tell ya! Thank you team!

Ive been using this app to assist me in marketing my business more since the old marketing app seemed a bit more harder to work and only gave me email marketing. This app does both email and sms. Easy to import my previous email subscribers. I attempted today to do a sms launch and it failed because I didn't do something correctly and immediately customer service popped up on my screen to assist. Which she did...(Patricia) and was awesome! Very helpful and friendly. Stayed with me to make sure all my concerns were answered and even set up one of my campaigns properly for me! I love this app for sure and also cost effective!!!! Love it and I can't wait for it it take my business to the next level.

I am thrilled with this app and the support from Maya. I tried a lot of different pop-up apps and this is the only one that had all the features I was looking for - namely, integration with shopify inbox. I was able to easily create a beautiful email sign-up form and a follow-up email to send to the new subscribers. I had a question and Maya helped me right away, then she offered to review my pop-ups and gave me some incredible feedback. Her professional feedback really improved the overall user experience (and I'm not a beginner at this stuff). I'm excited to tour the rest of the features and feel confident that I will receive excellent service whenever I need it. Highly recommend and big thanks to Maya for her support!

I used this app to create a pop up that encourages customers to sign up for our newsletter. My branding and general look/aesthetic of my website is super super simple (and I am extremely picky and particular about how things look). I'm also the founder of my brand and more of the creative/marketing/product design brain type vs. anything technical so I don't always find this area of the business to be overly intuitive. First of all, this app IS easy to use. And if you run into any roadblocks or questions, the support staff is INCREDIBLY helpful and responsive. I asked a lot of questions and I'm sure I was super annoying, but they helped me every step of the way and I am truly grateful. HIGHLY recommend giving this app a try.

This App is super ! It does all what I need in email marketing and more in just one app! Do yourself a favor and install this app. it is super easy to learn. customer service is fantastic. they reply within seconds, so helpful and friendly . they even provide a 1 on 1 Vedic call to answer all of your questions and to onboard you if you want to. with their quick & best customer service , I was able to utilize the app quickly and started using all of its features within days. they are the best of the best. The app is so organized compared to many marketing apps that I tried before. The app is amazing and gets the job done without complicating your life. This app truly deserves the 5 stars! This is the 3rd time I downloaded this app, because I was determined not to late it beat me. The few times I have played with this app it seemed very complicated and seemed that I wasn't getting the attention at hand and help to try and solve the issues and problems that I was having. Until today when I got to work with Lou.
Lou was VERY,VERY attentive, and extremely helpful and patient just as well as kind. Lou helped me to make my experience with this app seem as a breeze, and easy as ever. I would give this app 6 stars if I could. I have had the best customer service a store owner could ask for. A particular thank you to Enea (and team) for going out of his way to help customise the app to make it work for my store, especially with helping to blacklist products that I do not want to show. It is very efficient, and very effective working app. I use the Sales Pop and had restrictions to how I wanted it to work and look, and the Proof Factor team was able to make it work exactly as I needed it to. Its fast, reliable, and looks professional on my site. I am happy with the metrics. The customer service was impeccable and I felt very valued as a customer! I would recommend this app to any store owner who wants to display sales notifications on their store, especially if you want to hide certain sales. A big thank you!

I just used the app for a few days to experience it and have some reviews about the app. The app is good and has excellent documentation and is extremely user-friendly.
This app carries out what it promises to do. It is simple to understand and simple to utilize. When we first installed it, I had a few questions and there were some issues that were placing text from displaying correctly. I contacted the support team represented by Rosy and then she patiently answered and guided me through the app. She also writes the CSS code for me to customize the wheel title. They were able to remedy the issue quickly and effectively, and they could do it within 24 hours of reporting it.
The app is now running perfectly on our site, and we are very happy with it. We appreciate all their support and would highly recommend the app to anyone looking to display labels and badges on your products.

I just modified and added another pop up on my website with a a/b segment after being on Shopify for almost two years. I am not that tech savvy but this app is very easy to use. Whenever I had an issue I had the help of Noelia who was absolutely AMAZING! I read reviews from others and it seemed too good to be true. Like the reviews has to be fake, but I'm speaking from experience. I was able to setup my email popup and follow up emails to retain my future customers. Noelia was so helpful setting up mu abandon cart emails. The best part is customer service is there 24/7 to help you with ANY and ALL questions. I even missed a step in the design process and Noelia caught it for me and updated it so I wouldn't have to go backwards in the step by step process. I love this app so far and I have a good feeling I will be retaining more of my customers in the new year thanks to this app. Download it now!
