He also recommended tweaks to my site to help with the customer experience and went through and confirmed everything was working properly. I tried to set up pickup and delivery on my own and was struggling with it. I scheduled a free Zoom call to help with set up and Manaz helped me. He was so wonderful and helpful! Not only did he quickly set everything up, he also went steps further to edit some of my website code to make the checkout options look nicer for me. More importantly, Pickup offered a live video assistance and that's what really help me get set up and get going. During the 1-1 video meeting, I worked with Manaz and not only did he patiently walk me through setting up the app with all my delivery/shipping/pickup options, he also proactively helped fix some bugs in the system that he knew about (like something not loading properly on the slide out cart page).
