Ordersify: Restocked Alerts

Heads up to the team for creating such an amazing app! Straightforward, working functions that are easy to implement, manage and track. Most importantly, it is supported by a very responsive team to address issues and make design tweaks to make sure that it is working seamlessly. Shout out to Andy for running back and forth emails to help me through the entire process. I cannot recommend this app highly enough!

The positives: easy and intuitive to use and the out of stock button shows up on my site in the same style as my add to cart button. The negative: and it's a big negative - most of our emails show up in the spam/junk folders so almost our entire list of thousands of people did not get the reminder email. Must be the email server/ip address the emails are sent from. Because of this, we are looking into paid apps.

I have been looking for free Re-stock notification app for ages. I was looking 'Notify me' in-line button below the colour selection and then visitor get automatic email when we re-stock it.
I was looking a lot of apps but I had to pay monthly but we are running small business so it was bit tough.
I also happy with customer service. When I found out some problem, they fixed it very quickly. I am strongly recommend this app.

This app is great when it works completely. My customers love being able to get notifications when products they're waiting on go back in stock. The app has been easy to configure. My only issue is that during the last month not all notifications have gone out. I have had to manually go through my unsent notifications to find the ones that have slipped through the cracks. It's not the worst problem but definitely takes time away from my day.

I love being able to customize sign-ups to be a floating pop-up or an in-line form, and then being able to customize the emails that my customers get with MY branding. Great for starter or established shops to use! Fairly straight forward set-up and the few minor issues I had were VERY QUICKLY AND EASILY addressed by the customer service team! Still exploring uses of the app, but based on my experience so far, would recommend to other stores!

If you're looking for a simple on-page 'notify when available' button, this seems to work well. Had to contact them to get the button working as the default is floating tab-- but they were EXTREMELY quick to help (within 2 hours I think?). Only complaint is that I found the interface/documentation a little unclear at times... but given that its free, and works, and the team is helpful, how could I give it anything less than 5 star? Thank you!

I own and operate a large ecommerce website. We have currently had issues with the global supply chain and for the first time have been out of stock on many items. The Ordersify app has solved my need for Back In Stock items and automatically notifying customers. There support team is excellent. I couldn't get a feature to work properly and simply sent them the request, it was fixed and working on my website the very next day! Would highly recommend this app.

This app is great and does everything I needed it to. I'm so happy to have found one of such quality and for FREE! I had a little trouble getting the "low stock" widget to display on my store and contacted customer service. They responded quickly and knew exactly how to help me with my issue. I can't say enough about the app and the service. I sent test emails to myself to make sure things were working and am very happy with the results. A+ app. You won't regret it!

I'm really happy with this app. It's useful to not only send a notification to the customers when what they are looking for is back in store, but for me to have an idea what should I prioritise in my next buying cycle. I spotted a small issue after installing it and provided feedback to the developers whom acted immediately on it and fix it in no time, like really fast. So far very happy with the results and the speed and good communication with the team behind it.

Installation was painless - not a techy person here. I needed some assistance concerning my theme and Andy adjusted it within minutes. Very pleased with ease of use, and the simplicity. I don't need too many bells and whistles, and I'm looking forward to how it performs for my customers. They were willing to remove the branding, but since it's not obtrusive, and it's a free app I told them to leave it there. All businesses need as much help in this day and age as they can get. Thank you !
