Ordersify: Restocked Alerts

Thanks S for your perfect service and support. I think it's the best support i have ever experience when it comes to app integration. Very impressive!! Updated 1: It was all good until recently when I contacted them for an issue. I didn't know what happened but the service quality is extremely disappointed. Took 2-3 day to reply and told me it was fixed with out further detail. Updated 2: I finally got reply... The issue might be caused by other app, so i have changed the review rating again.

**UPDATE** I figured out the issue I was having. It was on my end and not on the app side. Five stars for a five star app! Customer service was fast and helpful. I left the original review below for reference. ORIGINAL REVIEW:
So far so good. Customer service is fast and responsive and the app is doing what I want it to do. Only reason for 4 stars is because I am facing a hiccup with updating some of the text. If I can get that to properly update, then I'll change my review to 5 stars for sure!

The app is very good for OOS notifications. The UI is quick to use for the customer, which creates a positive customer experience. The app allows extensive customization of the customer notifications, which we value. One of the best things about the app is that it allows you to authenticate your email domain. This removes "sent via" on the "from:" line of customer notifications. This is important because some email services will move messages where the sender email address doesn't match the sender domain to spam. I would recommend this app.

Super helpful customer support. Thank you Andy. They did edits while on the chat which is always appreciated! Do note you will most likely need a few edits done by them to get everything looking perfect on individual websites. But they did it with absolute ease. I do wish the email template options were broader, and easier to edit without needing CSS/ Liquid skills. The current one feels very much inline with Shopify's notification emails, which in my opinion are very basic. A couple of already designed layouts would go a super long way for those who can't design them in code.

First, this app has been a fantastic benefit and revenue builder for us at keeping our customers informed when products are back in stock for purchase or if we have new products arrivals that we are making available for pre-order sales. We have experience a big decline in lost revenue because of it for sure! This app is easy to set up and use, however when we do have a question on how it works on our site - the team at Ordersify is simply amazing. We get super fast service , delivery and courteous response each and every time. Highly recommend this app to any online Shopify store!

An excellent customer retention APP, as well as a very simple yet essential automated inventory alert system for any e-commerce site. In simple terms, customers being notified when an out of stock is back in stock is an essential customer happiness tool. Then to combine that with low inventory alerts being automated and emailed to your logistics teams, for free, wow !!! The customer service of the Ordersify teams is exceptional as well. As most business owners know, having items out of stock becomes problematic when the customers are unable to know when the item is back in stock. Customer simply want to know when it’s in stock and the business owners want the process to be automated. This app is excellent in resolving this problem. The customer support is second to none. We’ve used this app for several years without any problems. We eventually experienced an issue with a few of the products not recognizing stock items. When we contacted support, it was resolved within 12 hours and with follow up communications from the team to make sure that the issue was fully resolved.

I absolutely love this app! I sell collectibles and often have out of stock products. With this app I can easily have a waiting list and contact buyers when I get a product back in stock. Recently they implemented a huge improvement where the notifications can be filtered by title. This was a huge time saver as I can now easily find customers waiting for a specific product! Obviously the developers did this after I and I'm sure others requested it. Also support is out of this world amazing! I switched themes and contacted them to get it running on my new theme. They responded lightning fast and had it running on my new theme right away. I can't recommend this app or developer more highly!
