Great guide throw by Donna. Unfortunately this APP doesn't coordinate well with Shopify
Once an item has been refunded in Shopify why do i have to then go back in to returns panel and action it again in there - its a pain and just more admin
The customer service is fantastic and the implementation into Shopify is easy and seamless. I desperately wish they had an auto approval feature where the return labels were automatically available in the customer return portal but hopefully they will implement this feature asap.
Since we started using ParcelPanel Returns, the experience has been excellent! The tool is easy to use, feature-rich, and makes the return process smooth and efficient, saving our team a lot of time. Was excited about the app but it has limited features with regards to accepting/rejecting returns of certain items/orders. No option to approve/reject a return based on a tag associated with an order or with a product. We use Shopify to tag orders and products for a variety of reasons. Some of these tags make an order ineligible for return. This app will not accommodate those tags.
