I've tried many form builder apps, but this is by far the most comprehensive one I've used. It offers features that other apps don't have and allows for easy customization of designs. Pify Form is really cool, I use it to build a missing piece replenishment and collect the shipping fee payment, it works very good and make work flow smoothly.

Very interesting program. Compared to other programs, linking the forms to the pages is very easy. The design is very attractive. I will buy an extended version. The prices are worth the money.
