Pop Convert ‑ Pop Ups, Banners

I would recommend this app to any new or established e-commerce store owner. The easy to follow steps to create your store's pop up were simple, but filled with many personalizing options. Made my first pop up in just a few minutes!

Installed their Add to Cart pop up this morning and it has COMPLETELY broken our site. All ADD TO CART buttons on our site have stopped working, so sellers can't buy anything. This is as bad as it gets, and yet there is absolutely no urgency on their part to fix this for us.

We deleted the app but the residual code is still on the site and has essentially SHUT DOWN OUR BUSINESS altogether. Utter garbage of an app with equally abysmal level of customer service.

Templates are clean and easy to use. Offers enough customization without becoming too tedious. The chat response was quick, and did not feel inauthentic. So far, we are enjoying this app!

The app is easy to interpret and has a logical layout. I it also provides a range of options suited various requirements, such as discounts, coupons, banners, offers and building an email list. While relatively new to the app, I think it is a good addition to our store's tool box.

I found Pop Convert quite user-friendly. Options and steps are clearly labeled and intuitive. I've needed simple pop-ups so far (ie. an announcement) but I really like how there's tools/options to do pop ups for specific goals like a promo, coupon, product, etc. I am eager to try them and improve my website's pop-up game!

The app was great for a while, but just disappeared. My shop says that the app is still installed, but there's just a blank screen. I have no idea how long the pop-up hasn't been popping up.... :(

We recently used the Pop Convert Shopify plugin to add a banner/popup to inform our customers about taking a break. The plugin was incredibly easy to use, and it allowed us to quickly set up a clear and professional message on our store.

The app's top banner loads 3 seconds later than the other elements, making the design look unprofessional. I contacted support to fix the issue, but they insisted it was loading fine when it clearly isn’t. Instead of addressing the problem, they dismissed my concern. If you're looking for real support, this app is not the right choice.
