This app is great and once it's integrated will certainly help you make pre-order sales. We saw a huge amount of pre-orders during the first day of integration. The team were incredibly helpful and made sure that the plugin worked throughout our entire theme.
Very fast and responsive, we were very impressed by their service.
The Pre-order app works great for us, as a growing business we dont always have stock on hand, so this app helps us manage our stock levels while still getting sales with pre-ordering.
Any issues we have had, the tech team have been great in working out the problem and fixing it quickly for us. Highly recommend!!!

I have been using this app for some months now, I chose it because you can give different delay messages for each variants if they are not all due at the same time. Many apps do not provide this. I am not very technical but have found it very easy to use and if I have a problem the response is very good and quick. Super app, does exactly what I need, Thankyou.

We've used this app on a handful of stores and it's returned a significant ROI by generating sales that would have otherwise been lost due to stock delays. The support is always prompt and helpful. Had some troubles getting the app to work correctly on my shop. The preorder button worked great when viewing the product page, but it required custom coding to show up on the homepage. It also automatically added 2 items instead of 1 into the cart by default and i was receiving customer emails about the issue. Customer support was helpful and fixed the issue so that's a plus.

Highly recommend this app and company
Let me start by saying, this app is great and it works very well to inform customers of a preorder HOWEVER we have thousands of products on our site. To make sure pre-order is enabled on a product you need to either a) Search for a product and check or b) select all store products and apply it (with 3000 products.. it takes a long time and often time outs) The filter area shows that there is an option to filter by products which dont have the pre-order function enabled but this DOES NOT WORK. I have asked support for a fix and they say it can't be done.
It would be 5 stars if that worked - but until then 3 it is.
I will continue to search for an app that has this feature but until then, this is the best i can find
Thank you for your feedback. We are looking into enhancing the Pre-Order Manager's processing methods to make it more user friendly and efficient for merchants with huge product count. It is expected to be completed by end of October.
This app caused our shop loading time over 1 minute sometimes was even breaking the website. Even Shopify support couldn't locate the issue...
