Prisync AI | Dynamic Pricing

A brilliant app for any business in a competitive market. This app was one of the reasons I decided to migrate my entire website to Shopify. It solves the frustrating issues of price monitoring and also allows dynamic pricing. Over and above the awesome functionality, the app is quite user friendly and the support team is incredibly helpful.

This app has been great. It's been really easy to set up, not only the basic visibility of the market but also the dynamic price too. It has also been nice to have an actual person to talk things through with and ask lots of questions, Ercan has been excellent at thoroughly answering them all via the live chat, video call tutorials and emails.

We were a bit skeptical about the App based on the pricing, however, when we tested it, it out performed the previous App we were using as it synchronises all our products without our inserting it one after the other. Its graphical illustration gives us an overview of our store position with regards to our competitor. I would definitely recommend it. Keep up the good work!

This is a fantastic app, takes all the leg work out of checking prices manually which gives are company more time to focus on servicing our customers. I got to deal Ercan from the team and he was very polite, helpful and showed me step my step how to use the app to maximize making profit on the products we sell.

Great experience all round - the trial period was more than enough time to understand how the solution could benefit our business. Ercan was very helpful throughout the setup period and was always on hand to answer questions that I had. Prisync takes all of the heavy lifting out of what was an extremely labour intensive task to ensure our pricing was competitive. The dynamic price rules mean that we can ensure that we are never missing out on any sales to competitors whilst remaining profitable. Highly recommend.

The product is fantastic, easy to navigate and user friendly but what is really exciting me is the customer service level those guys provide. They are on TOP of everything. Responsive and helpful in any aspect! The live chat is actually LIVE... They brilliantly look after your account giving you assistance in any given time! We are a small independent so keeping up with competitor pricing is time consuming, so this app is a must if you have comparable products sold in many other competitors, There are many options to go through and the team at Prisync were always there to help in the background even doing a lot of the work for you if you get stuck, I would recommend taken some time with Ercan at Prisync as he is so helpful and then you can get the app working for you, letting you know who is cheaper and allowing you to react fast, you can even set the price to automatically change if you wish.
