We've been using Prisync for a while now, and it's been a game-changer for our pricing strategy. Integration of Prisync with Google Sheets via Zapier is plagued by unclear documentation and broken endpoints that repeatedly return 404 or HTML instead of JSON, offers no webhook support, and lacks an official Zapier app or clear API guide, making any reliable automation effectively impossible.

I must admit I was a bit confused at the start, but Arleen and the support team were incredibly helpful. They’re very responsive via chat, and being able to book a quick meeting for a demo or to ask questions directly made the implementation process much easier. Once the data was fully synced (which took just a couple of days), everything ran very smoothly. We saw the impact on sales almost immediately. I'm very happy with the experience so far.

We have tried many price comparison apps but this is by far the best app on the market. There are a few issues however the customer support team is brilliant at helping with navigating through these problems. Highly Recommended app!
