Everyone has been very attentive and quick to help on where I was getting snagged with this app! It underwent some changes during the time I started using it, but everyone has been very quick to help me adjust and work out the kinks!
i emailed as i was struggling how to set the app up with the new theme i was using. i have no clue how to use codes etc. yaneeke has been amazing and has sorted it all out for me! massive weight lifted off my shoulders! thankyou so much!

I used the app to include a form to one of my products. It was really easy to implement. I got stuck trying to style the form the right way and the support team help so quickly and got it looking exactly how I needed it. Highly recommend.

This app is excellent! It works exactly like it should, but even better is the service you get from the creators. They have easily taken care of any questions I have and continued to make modifications when I needed them!! They are great!!
I've used this app for a few years now and I love it. Today I had an issue and contacted support. Jim got back with me within minutes. He's a genius and most helpful:-) He solved my problem and I'm back up and running:-) Thank you Jim:-)
After removing the App it's still there on my Theme code causing conflict with the New App that i have install on my shop, have contact the DEV team for solution to Remove Completely their App form my Store. Still waiting their response....

Friendly followup to make double-sure that you are taken care of now? We did revert your theme's coding to the original 2 days ago (the same day you emailed us about this). Should be fixed, we're always happy to do that!
If you're good to go now, we'd love it if you could remove that 1-star review you left for our app... it REALLY hurts us to get even 1 of those :(

Really good product so far, and a really good support team! Was a little confused first setting it up, but their support team was really great about helping me work through it. They even downloaded the theme I was using for testing purposes.
