I've only been using the app for a month now but so far its been exactly what I need and the service I've received has been helpful and quick. They were able to login to site and make a couple code tweaks that helped it fit into my theme perfectly.

I have been using the app for a while now and the customizations are great. I also had a issue with a checkout button and Kevon with customer service was able to solve a simple issue that no one else would address including Shopify customer service.

Easy to use, but 5 stars simply because we changed our theme and I didn't even think to check to make sure the product customization options for our products still worked with our new theme. They reached out to us and then fixed what wasn't working!

Fantastic app. Just what I needed for my products and one of the main reasons I am swapping my eCommerce package over from another provider. The team are extremely helpful and added all the codes for me. I couldn't be happier with the service, or app!
The app was working amazingly fine not sure what has happened it has now totally stopped working. The service team email you saying it all fine but has not checked if it working or not. And has created alot of problems for us. ALL FIXED AND ALL WORKING

Since Shopify limits the amount of option you can add to a product. Product Customizer is the perfect app to add additional option to a product - simple and effective. Plus they have amazing customer service is you happen to have any questions or issues.
Awesome! Perfect for letting customers enter their monogram or name information for our personalized items. The Shopify team was extremely helpful. I had no clue how to install but they did it for me the same day I asked! Highly recommended and good price.
The best part about this application is the attention placed on customer service. The team at ShopStorm will go out of their way to help you. It's a big asset beyond all of the great customized options you can implement with the application itself. Thanks!
