I offer bridesmaids dresses in a WIDE spectrum of colors. Then I offer the option to upgrade fabric. Even one style would eat up all my variants in most Shopify plans, but this makes my customization options feasible within Shopify. Thank you!
Overall, solves a need. Easy to add and edit options. The way it calculates price differences is bulky though, based in small coins instead of a whole. Makes pulling reports more difficult as well as changing/upgrading themes. Support is helpful

A really simple quick way to setup different variations, there was an issue with the an error in my cart when a customer removes a product, it was fixed right away when i emailed them. quick customer service and awesome app what else do you want.
I have been using Product Customizer on my site several years. This app is great to provide my clients the custom options they need. Tech support is very responsive with the problem of uploading and downloading photos. Would definitely recommend.

Works as promised, although had a bit of trouble with my theme, but luckily the support was great.
Fast and responsive, and went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied with the implementation.

The app claimed to do what I needed, however the software didn't work properly and consistently and their customer service failed to help after repeated requests over a two week period. I will update this review should they decide to remedy this.

I just reviewed the convos and it looks like from May 21 - May 24, we left you hanging. I'm SO sorry about that. Obviously we have some work to do at this point with our support team so that we aren't losing track of these conversations. That is not the way we want to do business, and it wasn't intentional. I will be doing what needs to be done to make sure that doesn't happen to any of our valued clients in the future.
That said, I now have our tier 1 developer looking into this for you to try and get to the bottom of it and get it finally resolved. First off, he is doing an inventory "refresh" on your store right now, which will take a few of hours (sometimes up to 12) to complete.
Let's see how that does, then re-check later this afternoon. I am in Denver (12:22pm MST my time presently)... so I'll be here. And Ainsley will be here for the next 6-7 hours... and I am back in first thing tomorrow mornings, so doing everything in our power to get this fully fixed for you asap.

We have a very complex product line with multiple overlapping upsells and a nightmare of a shipping problem. So we use PO&C to make customer checkout easier and take a $2k sell to almost $4k without affecting the shipping. Great piece of software!
