This is one of the Best apps you can use for your store customization , the customer support is Great , Sheniel helped me with an issue I had with the wizard set up and updated my store really quick with little wait time , I really recommend this app for any of your stores , Very pleased with how professional these people are!!!

We have been successfully using the app for a couple of years, does exactly what it says wonderfully! Even better is the "fast and serious" support we had from Steven when we updated our Theme this week-end. He fixed our code (on a Saturday night!) and we were up and running again in a couple of hours! Thumbs up for the support!

We have used this app for 4 years mainly as a file upload for custom artwork. It has work very well the whole time. Support is fantastic. When we recently changed our store theme, the app stopped working because of the change. Support responded very quickly and we were up and running again. They are fantastic to do business with!

First Class Service all the way. I had some issues with multiple stores and Emily from Proudct Customizer was on the ball even on Black Friday and Cyber Monday she helped guide me in the right direction. I fully back and recommend this product to everyone that is interesting in have variations of skus colors etc.. on their website.
I downloaded the Free version to test on a product. It was fairly easy to setup and what I couldn't figure out their support representative - Shevaughn - did a Great job and helped me figure out the issue (which was mostly my lack of understanding). Looking forward to testing this and possibly moving to using it on other products.

Love this app -- exactly what we were looking for and they made the installation a BREEZE .... they did it for us :) App lets you make custom variations for each product and charge extra for for them if there is an extra fee. Very versatile and like I mentioned, exactly what I needed. Would highly recommend this app it works great.
This app is what allowed us to have a Shopify store rather than an insanely complex and expensive custom store built for our specific needs. We make bags with enough size and feature options that one can order a bag in over 1,000,000 ways. Product Options & Customizer makes all of this possible. The support, when needed, is excellent.

My store is not yet open, however, the app does exactly what I need it to do, present all product options to my customers in a clear & user friendly manner. I would recommend this app to any ecommerce business. I would like to praise "product customizer's" customer service department for their promptness.They really take care of business!
When I first started with the App I got a little confused about how it works but I used the live help and Aman was amazing. He even did a screen share and logged into our Shopify and fixed a few little bits. I could not have asked for a better service and now I know how it all works it is a great addition to our website so thank you, Aman.

A lot of my items allow for customizations and my SKUs are being used up quickly as I am currently on Starter plan. I then decided to use this to provide options instead and it worked well :) Support has been very awesome and helpful! The response is fast and they helped me with the installation and has been active in answering my questions :)
