PC ‑ Custom Product Options

Great app and fantastic customer service. I have (almost literally :P ) a tonne of customization options and Shopify's variations couldn't handle the pressure (and was far too complicated for even the products with 20-30 options). Product Customizer is very simple to use and handles my 'tonne' of options with ease :).
When recently switching my theme, something went awry and my customizations disappeared. Kim from ShopStorm got back to me very quickly, was very helpful and fixed everything for me :).

This App is AWESOME! And Denis is great. Because of the large number of variants we have per product (with custom engraving), this App gives us the flexibility to setup products how we want to – no longer limited by the 100 variant cap. The flexibility is great and very easy to use. And once you create a template, you can use it on the next product with a click of a button, eliminating any need to type the variables again. I can't imagine living without this – just wish it would have come out sooner!

Great App. Very simple to use and customer service is great with quick responses/solutions. We have a custom fishing tackle business, and this app allows our customers to provide us with the information they need to customize their products as desired and also allows us to capture the additional sales required to allow for a customizable product. This is a simple solution for product customizations.

This App changed my life! We hand make custom leather dog collars and we offer TONS of options. We have been badgering Shopify to add more customization options for years, but few people need as many fields as we do, so they were not motivated to build a workaround. Then we found Product customizer... Now we have everything we need to offer a truly customized and unique product. Initial setup was above my head but they have amazing support that helped us install the App on a SUNDAY! I cannot recommend this App enough!

Product Customizer has been perfect for our site. We offer custom dog collars, belts, and wallets, and this app does it all, and does it well. Extremely easy to integrate and set up, and beautiful ascetically. Unparalleled customer service, a great product, and a fantastic sales team. Would recommend in the future. Update July 12 2022 - Spoke with support about an integration issue. Kevon was fantastic and we worked through the issue quickly. He made some great recommendations and was a pleasure to work with on this.

Product Customizer is awesome, and Justin is a great help.

I needed help resizing a text area after adding it and Justin just did it for me.

We also needed it because we have a huge number of options/permutations (some products having 120+ color options). I just pasted all 120+ color codes into the option, and they all showed up and look great.

We needed a little help again, and Justin logged right on and fixed a problem with one of our e-mail templates.

The app is great, and so is the support.

Great app with better support. Special shoutout to Sheniel. The support i received was so good it made me question my mere existence here on this Earth. She made sure my requests were taken care of in a way i have never seen before. I have never written a review in my life, but this life changing experience made me take the time to let the world know about the good customer support by Sheniel. Thank you again and i'm toying with the idea of making more customizations to our shop to potentially receive additional support from Sheniel.

We ran into the problem of being limited by Shopify's variant limit. We needed several variant options per product & in some cases needed to add an additional price for some variants. Product Customizer took care of this in no time. They even went as far as going in and customizing some of the code to make sure it was working optimal with my current theme. Great customer support!

The only recommendation I have for the team is to implement product images for each option created.

I love how well this app integrated with Shopify for the overall user experience! Beautifully done. But my favorite thing about this app was the INCREDIBLE level of customer service! I emailed with Ryan several times and he answered every single question I had, but he also offered to make the modifications for me, rather than just directing me to the information and wishing me luck. I find myself literally shopping the other Shopstorm apps in hopes of using them because of the customer service they provide. Very highly recommended!

We love the Product Customizer app; we recently updated our theme, and we've had some glitches that have cropped up a few times, and they've been the same problem. HOWEVER, the team at PC have responded really quickly to fix the issues, they fix them each time, and they've even worked on them over the weekend, which we really appreciate, bc ppl don't shop only during business hours! So thanks to Kevon and Shevaughn for addressing our problems so quickly. No app is perfect all the time, and things break - what matters is customer service and getting the issue resolved quickly, and you guys do that. So thank you so much!
