Remarkable! If your product has more than 99 variants then this app was designed for you. It's extremely easy to use and has features that will save you a lot of time when publishing your new product. Not only can you have full control over stylizing the customizer to fit your theme, but the customer support guru's are very eager to make sure your experience with Product Customizer is the absolute best. Ok here goes! I'm brutally honest when it comes to reviews and I'm well known in the Shopify community for giving it to you straight. So believe me when I tell you this app is absolutely worth every penny. However, there aren't enough stars in the universe that rank how great the support is. The support at Shopstorm is better than ANY other support on Shopify and I challenge anybody to prove me wrong. Anyway that's my story and I'm sticking to it!

I just started using this app. Had trouble with the installation, caused by a different app which was installed, that first made it impossible to change the html/css code as it was supposed to be. THE SUPPORT TEAM then was super fast, within 1 hour everything was fixed and set. Now I am ready to go to use this easy to handle app. Will upgrade soon, to use more detailed functions. Thanks for a simple and great working solution – to customize my shop offers!

Good features, easy to learn, and use. Very quick support from the team. Daniel helped tremendously in getting the app installed and fixing some glitches to work with our custom theme in a very timely manner. We look forward to using this app.

Update 11/27/2021. After updating our site to a newer theme, many of the items did not work with the product customizer. The support is responsive at times and non responsive as well. -----------------------
The team has fixed the issue. If you having a problem where the customization is sold out at check out, please make sure the Item Customization is not modified and set to Archived and Draft. When this is set to archive, it will show that it is Out of stock.

This app has been a very good app for us to use. Does 99% of everything we need it to. One thing they need to integrate is the ability to use a different SKU per variant. Because of this I have to use Shopify variants AND the PC variants. I would prefer to use one or the other and not bounce back and forth.

Customer service is responsive and fast. Danielle assisted me this evening and helped dial things in exactly as I wanted them.

I would recommend this app for sure.

Kevon provided me extremely responsive support. He went above and beyond and actually installed the variant I needed in my Shopify theme. I'm a jewelry designer and needed a simple sizing variant on some of my products (not available for my needs in Shopify). I tried a few apps prior to Product Customizer that could not offer me this option. This app does cost more per month than I wanted to spend, but hopefully it will be well worth it. Customers want options and this app can provide that.

Product Customizer has been a truly awesome app! It makes adding options to each product seamless, no more confusing variant mayhem. This app is extremely user friendly, very quick and simple to use and access. And the best part is their customer service, if you have a question or need help with something they are super quick to not answer but fix it and then follow up to make sure it works correctly. We would highly recommend Product Customizer! No problems or issues to report of as of yet.

I needed to fix the formatting and display of my product customization items to work with my shopify theme, such as displaying the product drop-down box above the price on the product page. I reached out to support and Kevon was a huge help. He updated the things I needed changed very fast and did exactly what I had requested without me having to further clarify what I needed! They definitely have the best customer support compared to most of the apps in shopify. I highly recommend using this app.
