PC ‑ Custom Product Options

I upgraded to the premium level and was having some errors on my store front that I didn't know how to fix. The customer service team (Kevon in particular) was prompt to respond, resolve my issue, and even follow up to make sure I wasn't having trouble with anything else. The app is just what I need for the customized products I have on my store, have used this app for years and will continue! Thanks for your help!

Great customer care that was timely, specific and easy to understand. I was having trouble adding multiple price changes to my shopify product variants for some monogramm-able items. the Shop Storm team gave me a work around and ideas to fix it. The end fix is in development, but I'm happy with the result and look forward to the new features in the queue. Definitely recommend this app for apparel products in Shopify!

Product Options & Customizer is arguably the best Shopify app on the market when it comes to providing custom options and/with conditions on your Shopify store.

The app is really easy to use and setup and their support team is readily available to assist whenever you reach out to them. I'm particularly grateful to Amam and Shevaughn who were on standby to put me through whenever I encountered any issues.

I love this app. Without it I would be unable to manage the large number of price and configuration options for my new store. Even though I have a small number of products, several of them require significant configuration and/or upcharge changes. This app totally addresses my needs at an affordable price. Most importantly to me, the customer service is 100% spot on. Can't thank Emily and the team at Shopstrom enough.

This App was exactly what my client was looking for. I was so glad to find it and not have to code this feature myself!

There was a slight conflict with the theme we were using, but these guys worked hard to figure out the issue as soon as they could, and communicated with me throughout the process to let me know they were still working on it. They figured it out quick and the app is working perfectly for us now.

Product Customizer is a great app and would recommend it. We use it for flower orders on our website, it's super easy to use and the support team is always so helpful and quick to respond! The only reason I gave it 4/5 is because there have been a few occasions when required fields have not populated on order forms. Not sure if this is because the customer was able to skip over it or if it just didn't transfer to the order page.

This product worked perfectly for adding a color option to my product with out effecting its stock. I make custom skateboards where people can adjust the background color, and this app made that doable.
Not only that but I had trouble setting it up, but their online chat service was there for me immediately, and their specialist Sheniel helped me super fast and solved my problem in less than 5 minutes! What a hero!

I stumbled across this app by accident, I could be more happy with how well it works or their customer service… seriously amazing. They have the best service ever! They helped me install the app, and then helped me rearrange a few things to make it exactly how I wanted it, and it was all done like literally within minutes of contacting them.
