PC ‑ Custom Product Options

have been using product customizer for few years, and the application is great although at time i do faced glitch that results to sales loss. Customer service wise, Aman was great, and he is patience. thank you for the service, hope to constantly see improvement for the application. the one star less is deducted due to the constant glitch on the app. whereas customer service wise is 5 stars.

The is the best app EVER! I have tried so many apps in an effort to offer more options. They have all been so difficult to use, not user friendly at all. They've all required extensive coding, tagging all your items, etc. I was up and running within minutes with this app and I'M LOVING IT! Customer service with installation help was super fast and I didn't have to even get frustrated!

This app is what makes it possible for my customers to order my personalized printables smoothly. I am SO happy with it - it does exactly what it claims and the customer service is awesome. My only wish is that it enabled you to add fields to multiple products at a time, but that does not take away from how very essential the app is for my kind of business and how glad I am that I found it.

Product customizer has enabled me to use a platform like shopify when I never would have been able to before. Secondly, Kevon's customer service has been fantastic. In fact, we're working on a further extension that will allow me to better realize all that Optimizer offers me. I will return to this review later once we fully launch our store as I imagine I'll continue to be wowed by what's to come!

This app has solved so many things for our shop, so that people can pick things and enter custom info up front instead of us having to spend time emailing with them afterwards. It works great, and when I switched themes recently the support staff was brilliant in helping me getting it to work (and look great) on the new theme. We're now using 2 ShopStorm apps in our shop, very happy with both of them.

Great app. It allowed us to customize a complicated conference registration that we couldn't do out-of-the-box within Shopify's default environment. Support was wonderful. Immediate response and hands-on assistance from the Product Customizer team when I had questions on our unique customization setup.

Update (6/25/20): Ongoing support has been impressive. Fast response and wonderful hands-on support.

We had a small issue with the app not working properly when we changed themes, but Daniel was able to quickly solve the problem and make some other fine tune adjustments for us. There are still a few things I wish the app could do better, but overall... it's a very good app and gets the job done for us.

Regarding another small update request, it was handled perfectly and quickly. Super app and support team.

This app and the support crew is great! The app itself helps us provide options that weren't available before installing. Whenever I run into a problem or question, support is always quick to help. This app goes as far as they can with Shopify's platform, so its understandable they cant incorporate pricing changes and .svc exports, but support was also knowledgable to find a work-around for that. Thanks crew!

I use this app to help me with providing event dates on website to help customers know if the date and or item is available in the package they'd like. I add and delete dates as they are booked which is something i couldn't have done before getting this app. i also use it to allow customer to upload a image to me that they would like on order. i could do anything with the app it isnt anything i cant do with it

We've only just started using the Product Options & Customizer app for adding variants to our products. We have had some niggles with installation and setting up but Aman and his customer service team were very helpful and prompt in resolving the issues. We're hoping now the glitches are resolved the app will run smoothly making it easier for us to customise our listings, as well as for our customers. Thank you!
