DECO Product Labels & Badges

Only been using this app for a couple of days and already very impressed. Whilst the app might not be flawless, the customer support is faultless. Enquiries are dealt with by real people in seconds. Thanks to David and Kieron for your help today (issue with labels not showing on mobile devices was rectified in minutes). A+

Been using the app for about 6 months now, works great and offers tons of customisable and branding features. Extremely prompt customer support who is able to solve any issues that pop up (shoutout to David for quickly correcting the issues I was facing).

Deco is the third badges and label app ive tried to use on my store and this is the one I have stuck to. Highly Recommend!

Really love this app! Especially the fact that its so customizable from the placement of the badges, to the design, text being able to match your storefront, and launching the certain badges based on timezone. I've used this alot for creating hype for new launches and restocks. I had tons of questions in the beginning and Hannah from customer service helped me out. Now that i'm over the learning curve of using the app, honestly is one of the best apps I've used.

We use this app to badge our new and on sale products. The Support is top notch - we had an issue with the badge rendering and they took care of it quickly for us!

Deco Labels is a fantastic app for creating beautiful, professional product labels with ease. It’s user-friendly, flexible, and adds a polished touch to our product presentation. What truly impressed us was the outstanding support from Rossie—she was responsive, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout setup.

Absolutely Outstanding Support – Truly Impressive Team

Deco Product Labels and Badges has been a fantastic addition to our store, but what really stood out was the incredible support from Rossie and Kieran. They were available immediately, dove into the issues with care, and even implemented fixes live while we were in touch.

Their responsiveness, kindness, and hands-on approach made all the difference. It’s rare to experience support this good – thoughtful, proactive, and genuinely helpful. I honestly have nothing but praise.

Huge thanks to Rossie and Kieran – your work is outstanding, and it’s been a pleasure working with you!

Deco is super easy to set up and works seamlessly with my Shopify store. The interface is clean and intuitive, making customization really simple even without technical knowledge. What I appreciate most is their support system — quick responses and genuinely helpful guidance when needed. Definitely a reliable tool for elevating the online shopping experience!

This app has it all! Tons of great features for both labels and badges, plus great customer service support whenever you need it.

When I was having an issue with some of my custom code, I reached out to support and Rossie and Duke were both able to figure out how to help in no time at all!

Definitely recommend this app if you are looking for a variety of ways to add badges or labels to your website.

We have a lot of different label and badge needs for our store as we have many products with different ratings, and from different countries etc. We had a little trouble having the labels show up on the product page but Julie with the support team was quickly able to help us!
Their customer support is wonderful [Sam, Krystal] and we are very happy with the product.

I've had a fantastic experience with DECO Product Labels & Badges. The team is incredibly efficient, and their assistance is always speedy, ensuring everything runs smoothly. A special mention to Sam, who has been absolutely wonderful to work with, always helpful, professional, and quick to respond. If there is ever an issue, it gets resolved right away, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend DECO for their exceptional service and quality products!
