DECO Product Labels & Badges

Great and useful app for custom labels and badges on your products. Support is very quick and easy. We had an issue with a specific configuration, but Hannah was quick to respond and the issue was resolved within 20 minutes.

support team was super helpful and quick to respond! I’ve tried other badge apps, but this one’s definitely easier to use and keeps the badge size consistent across pages.

I love this app! I am a graphic designer and I like to create my own badges and labels. This app is really great for that. The customizations the app has built in are really good too. Tina is very helpful pointing me in the right direction on getting my custom label uploaded.

David did a great job guiding me through the basics of the app and providing support on editing a feature on our Shopify that is slightly more difficult to edit.

So far, it's been great seeing the many templates and options for labels and badges. You get all of the decorative needs in one place, and you get 24/7 support with minimal wait time (if any)!

Brilliant and intuitive to learn and use. Customer service (a real person) was on hand to help 'onboard' me too. The app is just what I needed having tried another one, Deco allows for a lot of personalisation and individualising products

I had a few errors after downloading the app where images disappeared and the icons were difficult to style. But Tina and her dev team came in to fix the issue right away. They were very quick to support and made me trust the app more. It seems easy once you get the hang of it! I totally recommend :)

Very impressed with this app so far, intuitive to use, with lots of options. I had an issue with a product image not displaying as I expected, and David responded to my chat support request very quickly, identified the issue swiftly and fixed it right away for me!

I really like this App! The customer service is wonderful and the App works seamlessly. I really appreciate that when I added a label to my products, it gave me the option to add them to the Collections Page and the Products Page (and other pages), and that you can uncheck any of the boxes if there are pages you don't want the label on. Also I really like that if you choose to have the label appear on the product page, it only puts the label on the first product photo, and not ALL the product photos like another app I tried... I got amazing customer service from Krystal. Excited about this App! Thank you!
