Fantastic app with incredibly dedicated support!
I am extremely satisfied with DECO Labels & Badges. The app is very user-friendly with an intuitive interface, making my products look much more professional with its beautiful label templates. Most importantly, the support team is highly professional and responsive. When I needed some custom adjustments to match my store's theme, they assisted me enthusiastically until everything was perfect. Definitely worth installing!
I'd like to give the special thanks to TINA and ROSSIE a big shoutout to them as they both helped alot at the time of onboarding and get everything done on behalf of me the support they provide was extraordinary and i really appreciate their efforts, yes while onboarding i got bumped into the issue but these guys get it fixed with their tech team on high priority, A big shoutout to their tech team also that they resolved the bug on the fly, I highly recommened this app to other merchants and for having badge, labels this is perfect app, Thanks once again and Appreciable work.

This app is fantastic, but the support is even better! I needed a custom feature to display labels on all product variant images, and Jane helped me get it done within an hour. The technical team is very fast and efficient. Highly recommended for anyone looking for professional product labels!

Our technical team is already reviewing your case again as a priority. Since your store contains more than 1,000 product variants, the discount configuration requires a more thorough check to ensure it remains stable across the product pages, cart, and checkout. This may take a little more time, but we want to investigate it carefully rather than make any changes that could affect the configuration that is currently working.
We understand that you have already set up a new configuration successfully. Our team will therefore be extremely careful and will not make any changes to your store without confirming with you first. We will keep you updated as soon as the review is completed.

Support is top-notch. App is quite easy to use and set up. Might be helpful though to have a feature where we can bulk export and import changes or entries. Other than that, it's been awesome!

Great and useful app for custom labels and badges on your products. Support is very quick and easy. We had an issue with a specific configuration, but Hannah was quick to respond and the issue was resolved within 20 minutes.
