I've come up with an issue due to the theme we use, and Felicie was very quick to escalate this to a team to make some changes for us.
Really good service - I and been trying to sort it for 2 hours myself and 5 mins on the chat and they now have it in hand.
The app has been very intuitive and easy to use so far. The only issue I encountered was quickly solved by a member of their support team, Felicie.
I definitely recommend this app for adding a bit of pizzazz to your store front.

What I thought might be a complicated task ended up being completely pain-free thanks to her knowledge, patience, and efficiency. Everything was resolved quickly, and the end result was exactly what I was hoping for.

I had a small problem after upgrading my Shopify Theme from Dawn to Tinker where the labels completly disappeared but Felicie from the technical support fixed my problem within 5 minutes! Great support team. Thank you !
