I loved their support. They even went above and beyond when I couldn't figure it out and did it for me. Just be nice and descriptive about what you're trying to do they want to help you make it work.
This app is perfect for what I needed. It's easy to understand. I can make different options for different products. I use a variant through shopify for the base and then use this app for the add-ons. It's perfect!
This app has been so great! The options that I'm able to offer to my customers are endless and the customer service team is excellent any and every time a question arises. Easy to set up and even easier to maintain.
Terrible service, when i ask to fix the problem from the app
Changes the price on the product page when an option with an upcharge is selected, changes the item price in the cart to include all upchrage products, and install image customizer.

Sorry to hear that you were not happy with our service. We had offered to look at the issues you were experiencing but you never accepted the collaborator access request so there was very little we can do.
As for the additional charges, those were for the data entry and custom configurations you were asking for us to do that are outside of the standard functionality of the app.

The app is great, the interface is simple and the capabilities match the product description. Diese App ist preisgünstig und unfassbar leistungsstark! Sehr viele Möglichkeiten, die conditional logic zu organisieren, Preise hinzuzufügen etc., das Ganze zu einem unschlagbaren Abo-Preis der App. Ich wollte, dass die App schneller lädt bei aufrufen der Produktseite, habe dem Support geschrieben, sie haben mir sofort geholfen und das für mich programmiert. So einen Service habe ich selten erlebt. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist einfach und verständlich. Man kann leicht Überschriften wählen und das Design passt sich optimal an das Shop-Theme an.

Custom Product Options does what Shopify doesn't.
Problems:
1) It loads unacceptably slowly. I had to do research to find the code to speed it up. This should have been included in the theme.
2) It doesn't have a text entry block. I created a passable workaround using Color Picker without the colors, but it leaves an extra line.
