Well, we just got started with the app but already have seen a couple up sales. I’ve got several ideas on how to use this app and think it is going to do wonders for us. I can’t want to dig deeper into it over the next few months.
I’ve only had one time I reached out about installation and they were very quick and helpful.

Wouldnt have a business without this app! Really hoping that they catch up and over take the competitors with a live preivew and live image preview app.. Bold Product Options is a user friendly app that is simple to use and works flawlessly. The customer support team is really on top of things. Open a ticket and they will stay after any issues you may have until you are comfortable using it. We turn to Bold apps as first choice when we need any extras stock shopify does not offer.
Rony, MC, Mona, Nicholas were extremely helpful, fast and remembered my store and prior cases which gave me a feeling of continuity and being dealt with by actual company employees not some call center somewhere...

A hearty thank you to Ryan and the rest of the team who worked so swiftly to remedy an issue for me when I changed to the Impulse 2.0 theme! The pricing for add ons / gift wrap wasn't displaying in the cart until the customer went through the process of checking out. It was fixed promptly and with excellent communication throughout.

I have installed and uninstalled this app many times, I waited a week for a call with a customer service representative and the call dropped. It is still running on the 1.0 version and will not update. I am being charged each uninstall and re-install. If the app were to update to the newest version, I may be able to use it properly.
I love the Bold options and it is really easy to use, once you checked out the videos. I did the implementation and I missed something in the coding. The Bold guys were absolutely amazing and had us sorted out in no time. We used Bold Options because our options have added prices and different variations.

A great app for creating customized options for the products and the customer service is great. The integration was initially quite tough but has become supremely easy thanks to an upgrade. Works well for my store and looks clean and neat. Options to change the look and feel are few though, which we think BOLD could work on :) Cheers guys
