SC Product Options

Firstly, excellent support. I had some issues with pre-selecting radio buttons in order to activate the conditional logic immediately upon loading of the page. Solved by excellent support from the app developers.
Secondly, clean interface with good customization options. If you need to have options to specific products, this is probably the best app out there for this purpose.

I have used Product Options for 2 years now (version 1.0 and 2.0). I've installed it by myself as well as had customer support do an install on a more complex theme. All I can say is wow. This is a must have app if you make or sell items that are custom made or personalized. It really helps make the buying process simple while gathering the information that is needed to complete the order. The support team is friendly and Helpful. I needed a few changes made with the app on our store and Parminder and his associates got the changes made quickly and correctly. You are all amazing! Thanks for all your help!

The Product Option App was the perfect solution to my problem. I wanted to know how people heard about our special offer, but only on certain products. And, I wanted to make this field mandatory. This App worked beautifully.

Works great for customizing options! We use this as a jewelry brand for our customized pieces. We really love the many styles to create option sets and love that we can have some hidden when needed. It really helps create a better user experience for our customers. And, they have great customer service for our specific questions about configuring options. Jeff was a huge help with getting our questions answered, and fast!

This is a great app! So many helpful and powerful features. We had a complicated set up we wanted to try and Alexa from Bold support was so amazing! She helped me with all kinds of weird questions about coding this correctly and got us down the right path for our customizations.

We get calls and chats weekly about the product options not showing up for our customers. Contacted them with screenshot (specific browsers), but they said that their team didn't see it, so couldn't help. I find it hard to believe we are the only company seeing this issue. And I wonder how many customers actually don't contact us about the issue and just give up. I will have to look for another provide such as Hulk Product Options.

Bold Product Options provides us with the ability to customize - and upsell - options to our products at safeguardian.com. Additionally, we love the flexibility to add check boxes and customer info boxes when additional information is needed. Takes a bit of time to understand how it works (creating options and then assign them to products or product groups but our experience is that Bold offers EXCELLENT support. Highly recommended!
