SC Product Options

Our products require more options that Shopify is constructed to deal with natively so we were forced to find a solution elsewhere. After doing some research we settled on the Product Options app and it has been just what we needed. We've been able to give our customers the variety that they wanted and increase our functionality. Now that conditional logic has been added we're excited to take advantage of it and streamline our inventory even more.

I had an issue with using this app after changing my website theme. I reached out to BOLD support who were a really huge help in discovering the problem. Guri, Rose and Charles all chimed in on our conversation and were all super great to chat with. Guri put in an Installation Request for me, and when I had additional questions after the chat ended, Charles was able to answer them for me. Every single person was kind and helpful. *The BEST product customization app* I thought I reviewed this app already but I guess I haven't! Was on support with Carter and he prompted me to write one so here I am. I've been using this app for a few years and ran in to several issues throughout and the team at Bold are always there to help. I have a ton of complicated options on my shop and they've always been quick to help me fix, troubleshoot, and even customize some of my options for me.

You guys just nail everything! Whenever we hit a road block, you've been there. We don't code - but we have an amazing site and have spent very little time managing the back end. I mean if you guys knew how to photograph our products and what are prices were, I wouldn't have to do anything. :)

Product Options was stumbling with some of our unique code, but your guys went above and beyond, and made it work by fixing our code...too cool.

I've been using Bold to update pricing and product options on our website. Overall, the app is very easy to use. Any issues I ran into were quickly and easily addressed through their awesome customer service. The only thing that has caused some issues is that the option sets I created are not listed in alphabetical order or date modified. It can become difficult to navigate if you have many options like I do. I'd give the app 5 stars if that was fixed!

I love using Bold for my Shopify page. They helped us with adding more options and were so great with my (many!) requests for help. Julian and Jordan were super helpful! Not only did they configure my dropdown menus for me, but they explained the process to me via screenshots. I have had a few tweaks I needed help with and they were really quick and efficient (even during the holidays). I highly recommend Bold and their team. Great customer service. I'm a fan!

It is easy to setup options and assign them to products. In cart editing is a very nice feature

Support is very helpful. We encountered a small issue with our implementation. Support was able to locate it and resolve it quickly and efficiently.

Highly recommended, especially for shops which sell a single product with various accessories and options available.

I run my business with my dad, he fills most of our orders which has now grown to 30-40 a day. We sell hockey sticks, a product with a lot of different variations. Product options is the only way for us to carry the number of variants that we currently offer and saves a phone call/email to our customer when a question is needed. Which means not only does this free up my dad's time, but the customer gets his/her product quicker! Which we all know is very important.

I create personalized artwork and require a lot of information from buyers before I can begin a project. I am so relieved to have an app like Bold to help me gather it in my Shopify site - saves me SO much extra legwork. I haven't had any issues using the app, but there was a situation where I couldn't get the desired boxes to align properly with my theme. Their customer service team was very hands-on and quick to respond, even on a holiday! I would highly recommend!
