QuickBooks is always great at supporting small businesses. I was on a call with Francis who did a great job making sure all my problems were resolved. I was extremely busy but he took his time and stayed on the call until the situation was resolved. He was thorough and found other avenues to fix the problem.
Sherwin was AMAZING in helping me with my questions. He was kind, , patient, professional and caring, taking the time to walk me through each step. I never felt rushed. I worked on my "for Review" tab for over an hour today due to one error that Nick was able to help me find in just minutes! He was so helpful and asked great questions so I could take each step and ask questions along the way! My "for review" tab is CLEARED! YAHOO! The customer support is top notch! I was worried bc they only have the chat option. (I like to actually talk to a human), but NICK was really a HUMAN!
