Wiser Recommendations & Upsell

It's a great tool if you're just starting out and looking for an affordable solution to help you boost sales - although I think capabilities are a bit limited, it makes sense considering their pricing.
Nonetheless, Parth has been truly helpful. Hasti jumped in at the beginning as well, doing an awesome job.
Definitely recommend for small to medium websites.

I have yet to fully take advantage of the app but it has been generating additional sales in first 45 days and will generate more once fully customized. I've been using Shopify for 5 years and the support team at WIZER has been the most impressive support experience I've received from any developer / app I've ever used - of which there are MANY. Afreedi was incredibly helpful

Wiser works really well, it has the ability to deliver relevant and personalized recommendations to customers, based on AI and you can also do it manually.
The best thing about the app is the customer support, they can solve all your problems and answer every question you got. Special mention to Ayrton :)

I fully recommend this APP. It is the best in its category, the most complete and with the most functionalities to show and sell products intelligently with good technology. We are very grateful to the entire support team, they answer questions very quickly and always show the best disposition to help even with integrations and configurations that require programming. We’ve been using the Wiser app to display personalized product recommendations on our store since the beginning of this year, and the results have been great. We see a lot of shoppers explore more products on our store, ending up making higher-value purchases. The best part we like in this app is their detailed analytics and stats that they show about conversions from recommendations and the type of recommendation widgets they have.

I deleted this app (don't need it now, but it has very good functions). On a nice Sunday morning I deleted the codes too, but got some error messages on my store front. I sent a message to the support team and 10 minutes later (on SUNDAY) I receive an answer of Kemi. Kemi solved the problem AND found another error from another app (and solved that too). Best support experience for someone that is not a customer. Thanks for the help Kemi.
Amazing support.

I'm very pleased with my experience with Wiser. I recently switched from to Wiser from Rebuy, which is a highly regarded app in the community. I find Wiser to be much more polished and more user friendly on the back-end. After installation, a member of Wiser's support team proactively reached out to me with suggestions based on best practices and also implemented several small tweaks to get the perfect look and feel on our site. No regrets! I highly recommend.

I love the app, but more than that, the reason I am giving this 5 stars is the support. not only did they help me figure out my issue, but they even contacted pagefly, who I was using to build the pages, and helped me talk to the other app developers to nail down the issues. REALLY would recommend them purely based on that, and then the app has a lot of features packed into one app. Recommended, related, and featured products, as well as AI integration for the higher plans!

The best recommendation app for Shopify by far.

We started using Wiser a few months ago to replace our manual frequently bought together recommendations and it has been great. From what I can tell the AI-based recommendations work very well. The two potential downsides is I want more out-of-the-box customizability without the need for a developer and I would like to hide products from being displayed if the AI recommendation is chosen. Wiser did help us with the customization a lot but it would have been good to do it on our own.
Overall great app and good customer service!
