All because of their customer care. I have never had chat sessions that were so helpful. Sinchain was amazing and so informative during my onboarding! I had every question answered in minutes in extremely easy-to-understand directions. I'm super impressed and look forward to working with Sinchain and Recurpay toward a successful endeavor! Sinchain is the best! Quick replies, fast work and always able to make the edits we need. We needed to change if we charged shipping to our subscribers and not only did he make that possible he was able to go back and remove any charges for shipping to existing customers. He's simply the best. Just not enough words to say how happy we are with this app and Sinchain.
We are still in the process of setting this up, and getting ready to launch. But so far, loving it - so easy, seamlessly integrates with our theme and checkout, and as a customer, slots right in. And I must mention the support, as with most new apps, there are a few questions, tweaks and tips, and 'Sinchain' has been right there. Big Thankyou! Can't wait to put it out there :-)
Writing this on behalf of the team at Adventia Pharma. We helped them implement Subscriptions via Recurpay and as usual, the support team was prompt to offer help, resolution to doubts, and even meaningful suggestions on how we could do things a lot better. Great support experience and easy-to-use platform. Recommended for e-commerce stores that are looking to implement no-fuss subscriptions.
Response was prompt and someone was with me within a minute. Sinchain answered all my questions and fixed up all the minor issues like interface colours to match my website. The app is seamless. It will automatically create the following order and charge the customer shipping on each order. It is also immediately viewable on Shopify orders.
The app works like a treat. The service is outstanding. I highly recommend it!

And the app, compared to any other subscription app available on Shopify (believe me, I tried them all) offers an intuitiive, well-designed interface and a pleasant UX.
If you're tired of poorly designed, convoluted solutions that clearly never invested in product design and leave all design decisions to developers... if you're looking for a platform that was designed "the Apple way"... Recurpay is for you!
I recently installed Recurpay and was absolutely impressed with the incredible service I received. I was a bit stuck on a couple of things being a complete novice so I popped onto the online chat & spoke to Sinchain. Nothing was too much trouble and all was able to be sorted out without me having to worry at all. I would highly recommend Recurpay. I am thrilled I came across them and have chosen to use them for my subscription service. Thank you!
Updated Review: Thanks for updating the pricing plan description to "Free Plan Available." Updated to 3 Stars now that pricing is more transparent.
Prior Review: NOT FREE. It *should* read "free plan available." Not price competitive with other comparable apps once it's not free.
Also, it doesn't update with theme updates. And didn't notify me when it fell off.
Despite the frustration, I gave the second star because support is super helpful.
Cocoa Future Collaborative team, your feedback on the pricing description directly led to us fixing it and that helped every merchant who came after you. On the theme update issue, this is a platform-level behavior on Shopify where any app widget needs to be re-injected after a theme change. That said, we have significantly improved how we handle this since 2023, with better detection and faster re-integration support. The product today is quite different from the days you experienced. We had issues right away with the Proceed to Cart button not working, but the RecurPay support team is great! Even with using the free version. They stayed late on their Friday night to help, and within an hour found the app that was interfering with the checkout process. They did some testing and made sure everything was working as we wanted. As for the App itself, easy setup, easy customization, and reasonable pricing options. So far everything is great!
Recurpay's a reliable platform to get Subscription modules sorted for your D2C businesses. It's an all-around steal, considering the functionality, and the fact that Gurpreet and his team are a delight to work with. They extended technical and advisory support to us to optimize our subscription modules as well.
