Referral Candy & Affiliate

Derek from Referral Candy went above and beyond to help me resolve a few problems I was having when customizing my referral program. He was so patient and really explained all of my questions in simple detail so that I could understand what was going on. I can't recommend them enough!

It was a little frustrating at first getting bounced around to different people but Tippy swooped in and is my account manager now. He called me after he got off of work to help me through my issues so we could launch today and I couldn't be more grateful for his customer service and help. Highly recommended!

ReferralCandy has amazing support. I had some questions and Dwight Salagsag went above and beyond to make sure I get the answers I need. He even jumped on a google hangout call with me to walk me through and show me exactly how to use the app and answer my questions in detail. Super happy with ReferralCandy and Dwight!

We are requiring a unique and more complex integration than most, and though we are still working toward a full integration, Derek has been great support during the process of trying to integrate. We where able to personalize our emails and pages to our needs as they use foundation for there templates. During our QA process, we contacted support for a couple of questions and Tippy was with me on live chat for the entire day helping me iron out the system so it worked to our needs. Well I guess a HUGE problem with shopify apps is that you find yourself in a new app and it massively lacks customer support. Not Referral Candy. I kicked them an e-mail and these people are really on it! They instantly helped me our with everything in such a professional manner! Finally someone understands excellent customer service. No bs, no bla bla just straight excellent assistance! Cheers

Although I haven't used the app yet, so far the installation and set-up were straightforward and easy. Derek from customer service quickly responded to my queries and walked me through the platform once it was installed. When I had a question he couldn't answer, he made sure to find out the information for me immediately after our call. I am hopeful that this app will be a great fit for our store.

I used this app because my customers were already spreading out the world about my products so offering a referral program was logical to me. I tried other apps and none of them were PERFECTLY how I wanted. Well now with Referral Candy (and S loyalty combined). I have the perfect system in place. My customers love it and most important use it. It drives me a lot of business since I implemented it on my store.

Setup was quick, but there was some customization we couldn't figure out how to do. We reached out to the Support team one a couple of occasions and had the pleasure of working with both Erbin & Jon. They were able to quickly understand my requests and were able to customize ReferralCandy even more than the admin lets us, tailoring our referral program to be EXACTLY what we needed. We owe a big THANK YOU to both of them!

Everything works as expected. It is a little confusing at first, but you will quickly get a handle on everything. I recommend Googling referral program tips before actually activating the app. This will allow you to set up everything less intrusively. In the end, I am very excited about the potential of this app and hope to report back in a few months. For now, I give ReferralCandy five stars since it functions as promised.
