Referral Candy & Affiliate

The Referral Candy app has worked really well for us in terms of making it very easy to generate referral sales. Support team, particularly Tomas, very helpful and quick to respond.

Only just onboarded with Derek but the whole process so far has been excellent. Really helpful, fast to come back to me on any questions and wanting to help me get the most from the solution

We used to be using another competitor referral program, but since having moved across to ReferralCandy we've seen not only engagements, but sales and social sharing skyrocket. Very happy customer.

Tippy is AMAZING! He took all the time needed to make sure we were fully set up. He went beyond to show me how to customize the widgets. If you are on a fence about the functionality their customer service is top-notch. Try to get Tippy to help you.

The app is very straightforward to set up and use. I would recommend to those who are thinking to use referral program to promote their store and website.

Also, Jon and Dwight from Customer Service are very helpful - always make sure my problems are solved before closing the ticket.

The support team for the app is fantastic, in particular, Derek who worked with our store through massive amounts of troubleshooting and assistance. While at times I felt distraught, Derek was extremely helpful and took on a role far above and beyond his position to make sure I had the help to solve the issue.

Katherine did a phenomenal job helping me today. I used the Referral Candy chat feature to get in touch with someone and within minutes, Katherine was able to solve my problem and suggest a hugely helpful tip to increase our company's exposure on social media. Super helpful and very attentive. Highly recommend!
