Referral Candy & Affiliate

It goes without saying that a referral program does make absolute sense! Referral Candy is perfectly simple to use for the end customer and that is why I chose it. Referral Candy is a great tool for anyone that needs to sell more on Shopify.
I got a really helpful customer service "Tippy" to help me and answer all my question right away. We have seen how this app has single-handedly increased our traffic, sales, and referrals. We would highly recommend everyone to try it because of the huge boost it gave us.

Dowloaded the app to my shopify store and within minutes I had JC (one of the customer service reps) send me a message to see if I needed help with anything. I said no thanks however he asked if I wanted to go through the setup process now, which I was actually going to procrastinate and put off! I decided to give it a crack because JC seemed keen to assist and with his help, I was able to get my first rewards/referral program setup within 20 minutes. Thanks so much for all your help JC, you're a legend mate!

The app is easy to install, customize and share with customers. Most importantly the support received is impeccable. From the start Katherine answered all my questions, looked into case studies for me and always followed up promptly. Most companies you have to wait days to hear back from someone, but she always responded within the same day sometimes within the hour. She helped me work through some issues we were having (our fault not the apps) and followed up to ensure everything was taken care of. Thanks Katherine!

JC ROCKS! - Quite a few times I have felt overwhelmed setting up silly apps that just have way to many customizations I have just given up and immediately go to chat and ask for help when installing a new app. I Was blown away by JC's kind attitude to walk me through literally step by step the exact set up I asked for. Made the whole process super simple and only took me like 15 mins. Now I fill absolutely confident mailing all those past customers and knowing they will be able to sign up right. Thanks for the awesome customer service!

We at PopSockets have been very happy with this app. We often have customers who ask how they can get more involved in promoting PopSockets -- it's great to have a simple automated scheme for them to do that. For a product like ours with a low price point, ReferralCandy's pricing scheme works well.

Pro tip: a drawback of ReferralCandy is that the personalized URL that a customer shares with their friends is not memorable, but one can set up a URL redirect in Shopify so that e.g. popsockets.com/sarah goes to Sarah's personalized referralcandy URL.

Was so stressed after i installed the app not knowing what my next steps were.. Tippy from Referral candy got in touch with me and guided me through the entire process.. after the call it was a piece of candy to complete the setup....

Great customer service- We were wondering how to add custom image to the Social media settings... Karen from Referral candy connected immediately to guide us through... Upload the image through tiny-pic URL and copy and paste the Image URL

Terrible deal for store owners. On top of the $50/month, they take 5% commission on the next THREE orders for each referred customer (it's in the fine print). Say your average order value is $100. You'll pay them $15 for each referral. Why would I do this when there are plenty of apps that charge a flat rate of $50/month. Or when I can pay FB ads $5 to acquire a new customer? You'll also have to factor in the cost of referral discounts (assuming 10% coupons for referred and referrer, $100 AOV, that's another $20 in cost. Your app looks well thought out, but please reconsider your revenue model.

I'm new to all of this and the folks at Referral Candy make it easy!
