Refersion Affiliate Marketing

I would like to commend the Refersion team, specifically Layth, for their amazing customer service! I had an issue with my login and they worked hard to resolve it. I received phone calls and emails with regular updates and was not forgotten about. I will gladly recommend Refersion to anyone. It doesn't hurt that the app itself is also very user-friendly. So far so good! Took us only a little while to get everything set up, Erik was helpful in running through the final details. I was pretty skeptical about how this would work, but we have 3 generic affiliates and 1 who seems like a perfect fit all within the first week.

Fingers crossed that we generate some sales, but so far I can say that the integration and configuration is easy as possible.

I haven't used the software much at this point, but I can say that my experience with the support team has been great. They reached out to me to help me set up a test order on our store. We were in the middle of a major theme update and they were willing to come back a week later to run the test when we were ready for them. Their team is friendly and great with getting back to you in a timely manner.

We have partnered with Refersion to assist us in running a successful affiliate program for a couple of years now. We have found their platform easy to navigate for both the brand and the affiliate. Their customer support team is attentive and available when there has been a need for assistance. We like that we have the ability to customize our program to run in a manner that best fits our brand's needs.

Refersion has been amazing for us. Once Mighty Mug went viral we knew that we needed a platform that would allow us to quickly and easily connect with content makers, track traffic from them and easily allow us to compensate them for any sales generated from their content. Be careful. They sign you on to a one year agreement that automatically renews, and will charge you for the rest of the year if you don't want to continue using their platform. A very disappointing experience, you'd think that after years of being a customer they'd let us move on without trying to squeeze our small business for more money.

This app has made managing and recruiting affiliates a breeze. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is it doesn't allow for multi-level payouts which would be a nice feature. However, this is a minor concern of mine and I choose it over others for it's amazing customer support. I scheduled a one on one screen share with Emma during the setup and was extremely pleased with her level of dedication to customer satisfaction.

Working with Refersion has been great. Everyone has always addressed our questions with clearly written detailed explanations, including the root cause, and quickly. We don’t find many vendors that do what they say they will, and go above and beyond to find solutions. Whenever we work with other vendors we always complain and say "Why can't they be like Refersion". Sean has being particularly helpful and is so prompt in responses.

Refersion is an *exceptional* tool for tracking affiliate conversions. It's so good, we've started using it to track our own internal campaigns by creating a new affiliate for each campaign. However, I was having trouble with getting "add to cart" Shopify links to track correctly. Andre from Refersion went above and beyond -- he included several screenshots to help walk me through each step -- and helped resolve the issue for me. Well done Andre!!
