Refersion Affiliate Marketing

We're a new customer. Emma (support team) did an *amazing* job getting us up and running quickly. Kudos to their support team for their knowledge, responsiveness, and being cool. It's a rare combo. Facts. Excited to leverage the platform!

Really easy to learn and to connect to shopify. Allows us to track all of our different affiliates and which offer they are receiving simply on one dashboard. I recommend Reversion to anyone who's considering using affiliate sales channels.

So far this app has been absolutely everything I need it to be, and is very easy to figure out. The couple times I have had to email support it has been handled with haste (thanks Emma!) and TOP TIER customer support tactics. Fantastic company. Highly recommended

So far so good. We have had some measured interest from folks wanting to be affiliates for our waterproof backpacks at www.rockagator.com. We did wish that the Conversion Triggers were included in the starter plan. That would be much more helpful in getting us where we need to be.

We are all very excited to get moving with Refersion, and the integration experience was simple and fast thanks to Emma. She was responsive and informed....a happy surprise considering some of the app vendors we have dealt with! Looking forward to working with the app and the company more!

So far so good! easy management dashboard admin, app does what promises to do, just a small note! they could improve on their services offering the option to send customised e-mail for the new affiliates as their mail link is very simple and plain artwork.

My company sells handmade custom skin care products like facial serums for a wide variety of skin types. In order to reach a wide market we are using affiliate marketing. I was searching for an alternative to Share-A-Sale which has a steep startup cost ($600). This one lets you start off as low as $19/month. I don't like that an affiliate cannot combine an affiliate link with a personalized discount code, but otherwise I am finding it a great solution. Also, the customer service is responsive.

Leeches.com / http://www.leeches.com / sells leeches and leach supplies for leech therapy and medical leaches for pets. I have experienced a great hike in sales, after I installed the Refersion platform on our Hirudo Medicinalis order website. When people buy leechs, as referred to by our affiliates, our affiliates get a commission of each leach sale or from the purchase of leech supplies. Medicinal Leaches are not a tough sale, they are sold easily in wholesale prices or in individual prices and each time, the earned commission is very good. Refersion integrated painlessly into our Shopify store. We have lots of experience with affiliate marketing and networks, and this app has lots of easy-to-use features for defining commission levels, terms, and creatives. No set-up fee and the low minimum remove risk of the unknown (compared to high set-ups and monthly minimums of the big networks!). I also like the fact that the affiliate links will point to our domain instead of the affiliate network domain for redirect. Unknown still is the functionality of the marketplace channel that allows the merchant to recruit passively from the Refersion affiliate base. It also should be understood that unlike other affiliate networks, the merchant is responsible for the payout of commissions, although the ability to integrate with PayPal MassPay should make this an easy task (haven't done yet).
