We’ve had a really good experience with Return Prime at Bene Kleed. The app is simple to use, reliable, and has made managing our returns and exchanges much easier.
A special thanks to Mr. Dileep G C for all his support. From the initial onboarding and setup to helping us with our day-to-day queries, he has always been quick to respond and very helpful. He understands our requirements well and always tries to find the right solution whenever we face an issue.
Overall, we’re very happy with Return Prime and the support we’ve received. It has been a great addition to our operations, and we would definitely recommend it to other e-commerce brands.

We have been using this app for a while, and it performs exceptionally well when managing return and exchange data.
The customer support team is also excellent, resolving any issues very quickly.

I am currently still in the process of setting up and testing Return Prime, so I think it is a little too early for me to give a final verdict on how the app performs in daily use. However, my experience so far has been extremely positive and the app looks very promising.
What has impressed me most is the flexibility of the app and, especially, the level of support. I had a specific requirement for exchanges: I wanted my customers to be able to choose from my entire product collection instead of being limited to the standard exchange options. This wasn’t available in my setup initially, but after contacting support it was enabled for me very quickly.
More recently, Rohit has been extremely helpful in working through my specific requirements regarding return labels, Sendcloud and insurance for higher-value shipments. He took the time to understand exactly what I was trying to achieve, involved the technical and product teams where necessary, and even submitted my preferred workflow as a feature request.
I really appreciate this kind of support. Rather than simply being told that something isn’t possible, they genuinely try to understand the use case and look for a solution.
I still need to complete my setup and start using Return Prime in daily operation before I can judge every aspect of the app, but based on my experience so far, both the app and especially the support team have made an excellent impression.
