ShipHero Inventory & Shipping

We sell on multiple Shopify stores as well as Amazon via FBA and Seller Fulfilled Prime and do over $7million US in revenue. ShipHero is our entire backend including order management, purchase orders, returns, profitability reporting, handling FBA replenishments, shipping orders for our regular daily orders and our flash sales, etc. ShipHero is extremely powerful and robust. I could not recommend it more highly.

We instantly fell in love with ShipHero because it is a perfect one-stop solution to managing your own warehouse. From inventory tracking to label printing, ShipHero does it all. This keeps our tech stack simple and efficient. Our team can all easily work together in one piece of software as opposed to siloing data in various places. And most importantly, the customer support is great via phone or chat.

I've had a few pain points with ShipHero but overall the experience has been very positive. The highlight for me has been their customer support team --- they offer live chat support and almost always reply within minutes, with a dedicated rep that's super knowledgeable about the platform. I've found a lot of apps within the Shopify store that have offered excellent CS support, but it's hard for me to think of one better than ShipHero so far.

As other reviewers mentioned, if you have a store with a lot of items, multiple warehouses and, in general, if you require a more complex solution than just pack and ship, ShipHero is a great option.
That's not to say they are extremely easy to use or install. All the features they offer results in a certain complexity and a relatively steep learning curve in getting used with the app. Also, dealing with their support requires patience and grit.

ShipHero has literally changed our business as a full-service 3PL (GrowthJet.com). The software is incredibly intuitive to use, the iPad app for picking has reduced our labor workload significantly, and there's even a surprisingly large amount of data/analytics you can get out of it. I can't recommend ShipHero enough to anyone looking for fulfillment software. Matt and Danielle at ShipHero have been incredibly responsive and helpful with troubleshooting. Thanks again!!

ShipHero to the rescue. The app has a great UI, which makes it super easy to train our employees to use the new system. Our onboarding specialist was super helpful and a blast to work with. I will say it does seem like sometimes they will push new updates and sometimes those updates can cause the app to act a little buggy. Their support is good and they normally will have a fix or solution that day. Definitly I would say for small to medium size businesses this app is awesome.

ShipHero has been an excellent next step for us as our company rapidly grows. Most notably, the customer service they provide is top-notch. Brett Oliveira, Mike Azimi, and Cathy Galvis all were fast to respond and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Migrating to this app was a big task and they made it easy and painless! Even after just a few weeks, we're already starting to see huge benefits from using ShipHero and are looking forward to growing even more with ShipHero's help!

Shiphero is a valuable piece of software that is cost effective and flexible. It out performs its competitors that are in the same price tier in almost every category. Additionally, the Shiphero team is great to work with and cares a lot about the product and customer experience.

Shiphero goes above and beyond to work with the Shinesty team, even after hours, to ensure that our fulfillment system is always running at 100%. Definitely some of the best customer support I've ever experienced.

We decided switch to ShipHero with the main goal of consolidating Inventory Management, Scan & Pack and Shipping into just one tool. We are very pleased with the results so far as ShipHero has positively impacted our productivity and inventory accuracy. With that said, The most value I have gotten from the switch has been their customer support, Mike was great getting us started during the onboarding process and Cathy is always there for us with outstanding support and availability.
