Truth be told about the app and the guys behind this app. I would rate them a handsome 10 on 5. They are simply outstanding. From taking extensive time out, to customising the product to my needs, and mulitple video calls and explanatory videos takes me to rate them a handsomely. I just cannot stop raving about the timely assistance and guidance they have provided along the way in setting this up as per my requirements. They are really at a different level. Will recommend them over and over and over again.

This app is exactly what I was looking for. As a florist, it's important to have a reliable Shipping & Delivery Date service and this app provides that. I particularly like that you can refine shipping options via post code. The app development and support team are extremely responsive and helpful, some of the best I have come across in Shopify apps. They have truly gone above and beyond for my app setup and I can't sing their praises high enough. Definitely a great app with great service, highly recommend.

Sid is great! I tried a few times doing everything on my own with the tech support chart which was great on its own. After a couple of hurdles, I asked Sid to help me over a screen share and video chat. He sent me his calendar and I was booked for the next day. In a few short minutes, my issues were fixed and the app is working perfectly! This app is exactly what I needed for my in-store and drop ship items to combine the rates and offer free shipping at an order value. wow! wow! wow!!! This application is the best thing that ever happened for anyone that uses third party shipping rates. I've been using a different application which was always giving me other explainable issues. I had customers constantly call me with rates and shipping issues which made me lose money and the worst part the customer service was terrible. This app is completely opposite. First off, I must say the customer service is implacable. I had a representative on Skype with me for an hour setting up all the different settings/rates i needed at no extra charge (shout out Sid). This app is amazing. This app does many things. I now deleted 2 paid apps because of this one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My shopify store has a lot of products and we work with 7 different couriers to ship items in Australia, that makes the shipping rate very hard to manage. Before we use Shipping Rates & Delivery date, we can only estimate the cost and that certainly cause some problems in maintaining profit in some of the areas. This app perfectly fits my needs to apply different shipping charges based on every single SKU/Tag/Postcode, then we will no longer need to worry about the inaccurate shipping cost charged my customer. This is also a good thing for my customer, as some of them don't have to pay too much for the shipping. It is fantastic app in managing the shipping rate for us. By the way, Sid and Harmish offer a great help in setting up the app, very professional, very responsive.
