The app support is excellent. I was having trouble setting some things up but I was able to book a Zoom meeting with a support person within 40 minutes using a simple Calendly booking system. Support spent nearly 30 minutes helping me to set up the app and implement useful features which I was very grateful for. I would happy recommend this app to anyone!

This App was a life changer for our small business. We ship perishable products and we are limited to 1-2 days ground shipping. Shopify only allows you to create shipping zones for the entire state.
Shipping Rates by ZipCode helped us creating custom shipping zones within UPS and FedEx Ground reach.
Oh, and their customer service was extremely helpful with set up and database management.
Best customer service and support I’ve experienced to date with any shopfy app provider. These guys go the extra mile to help resolve any issues. They supported in ways which reduced our workload and improved our user’s shopping experience. They are very technically competent. I would recommend to anyone who has complex shipping requirements based on locations, sizes, different vendors, etc.
The best customer service I have experienced with a Shopify app. Sid was awesome helping me set up the app plus adding a few extra touches at the same time. Every issue was solved in just a few minutes. I can now offer my customers the best shipping options with little effort, something I could never do using Shopify's native shipping management. I desperately needed a solution for having one shipping rate across multiple locations. The Shopify team suggested this app and they did not disappoint. It took a bit of work (on their end) to set up but they got it all sorted for my store. Including following up on fixing my international shipping rates. The ShipZip team has been extremely helpful with customising the app to fit our exact use case. We wanted to offer Local Delivery but only on certain products; ShipZip allowed us to do this and much more. Other apps were charging much more for much less. This is great in price, feature-set and support. The trial also allows you to get a feel, learn and customise it to your store without financial worry.

I used this app to have custom shipping fees charged to customers who are living off city limits (far off areas) and those who order heavy equipment which requires us to hire big vehicles. Sid helped me to create a custom list and added it to my add to cart page. I can now charge my customers depending on the areas they live as well as based on the weight of the equipment they order. Their customer support service is top notch. :):)
We needed an app that provided us the flexibility to show shipping surcharges for specific ZIP codes only, while every other ZIP in the USA had free shipping. This app gave us this ability, unlike a previous app we were using. On top of that, Sid, the developed took time out for a video call to walk us through the setup and explain all the fantastic features. I highly recommend this app if you need a shipping app that provides flexibility.

This app has the most options to specialize the shipping rate for a different mix of products and customers. I was able to configure and set it up to support a very complex business much faster and with more options than our previous homegrown solution. CirkleStudio has fantastic support and are very responsive. They answered my questions promptly and were willing to get on the phone/VC with me to work through my scenarios. high recommendations to use this app if you need a shipping rate app.
