I was looking for an app to let me set up specific shipping prices based on item type and not overall order weight.
I contacted "Shipping Rates - Shipeasy" support and arranged a zoom call. Dhana guided me through the setup process and spent over an hour with me to help me configure the app around my product groups. Dhana was friendly, patient, and his knowledge of the app was brilliant.
I had been looking at other apps but the customer service Dhana provided to me made it an easy choice to go with "Shipping Rates - Shipeasy".
The app is now fully setup and I could not be happier with it.

Barath was very nice and very helpful. They corrected my problem and they also saw other issues that needed fixing and were quick to point them out and show me how to fix them. We are using shipping rates for each product feature and it works as we expected.
Siva & Nithish were both really great. They walked me through setting up complex delivery zones in the ShipEasy application. They gave me more time than what was scheduled to ensure that my problem was solved and I was happy. Great application and great support!

We experienced an issue where our customers were unable to place orders due to an unannounced change in the Shopify Shipping Settings. Deepan from the ShipX app provided excellent customer support and quickly resolved the problem for us. Everything is working smoothly again! Highly recommend their support team.

I've installed this app to help deal with a lot of different shipping exceptions for our products. I try to configure myself most times but this one product/shipping zone had me stumped. Jenifer figured it out fairly quick and we are good to ship again!
