ShipX ‑ Shipping Rates & Rules

We were after a way to have different shipping rates for bulky and regular items, and for the cart to display these different rates automatically (instead of adding them together). We also wanted a free shipping threshold to apply to regular products but not bulky ones. This app was able to meet our needs perfectly.

They have amazing customer support and are happy to jump in a Zoom call to remotely walk you through all the steps required for your set up. Annie and Nithish were extremely helpful in getting everything set up for us!
We recommend this app to anyone who has specific shipping requirements that cannot be met by Shopify's default system.

I have a large number of varied products in my store and pricing shipping appropriately is extremely complex. The Shipeasy team was amazing getting me set up, despite the fact that I didn't even understand what I wanted/needed in most cases. They are very quick to respond and adjust scenarios to fit my needs. They've also been very patient and accommodating as I figure out how to best use the software, which required them making lots of changes to what I originally requested. The software is quite robust and while I don't find it very intuitive, the Shipeasy team has quickly jumped in and helped whenever I needed it. Highly recommend. Amazing. Does what its says, well priced and great support. If you're a UK shop that required Scottish Highland separate rates then this is the app. VP was super responsive and extremely helpful, we used zip code based conditions to set the shipping rates.
